Oh wow it doesn't? That is a bummer for sure.

Pretty much I just use DkZ Studio to change the .wav file to .adx file. If you want to just use a clip of a song, you could just find some software that will let you cut parts of the song off, and just using the part you want and then making that into a .wav file. From there you can change that to .adx and loop it.

I think i had the same problem, what i did was make a new folder on my desktop and put the songs in there, then i ran dkz and it worked. I think somewhere along converting it chokes up and crashes so thats why i made a new folder on my desktop and it worked right away

dood that sounds like a lot of complicated questions to some meaningless BS. i'm sure if you go into a dj thread on another site they can help fulfill ure needs other than in here. seriously, the only program that i know of that is a beast in sound and audio is sony vegas. maybe some no better or worse or easier for your standards of use but then again, i'm not a regular cut, slice, and loop kinda guy. i used to take blank shots in the dark and ask questions that were mind boggling to these guys.. but dont bother, it's one dumbass per room and i got dib's. :wink:

all the saturation in here is really killing my eyes.. if you're loading your saturation to a full 255 then ure going way to far. maybe it's just me, but i hate it when the colors bleed into the screen. my mix did that.. so i critique my mix as garbage.

On another note, updates:

* All colors were added/updated, removed all Abyss edits for obvious reasons, plus i could use the space.
* All stage songs were cut to a 4min mark, win songs were cut to a ~1min mark (a 12 min song for "ADX_WINS"?!), training, select char and menu (if any) were left as is. Intro, Abyss, Staff, etc were left out. Also, all the music was downsampled so it would fit all in one cd, but don't worry, i raised the volume quite a bit on some so you could actually hear them.

If i have some space issues, i'll just remove original audio and original colors from the mix, even though i'd like them to be in it just for the sake of it. :P

I'm trying to have it ready by this friday, so you guys can whoop it out at Season Beatings III. So no more updates/changes/etc are allowed now. Sorry. :)

This is a dumb question which might have been asked before but searching through 100+ pages of this thread is kinda @_@ atm and especially if you keep reading about color edits and such. But my question was, i have this 11 in 1 game disc for the DC which normally comes with edited music and sprites. The version i got was just the normal versions of all games with no music editing whatsoever. Is it possible to edit the mvc2 game inside the 11 in 1 and cvs2, or is that a whole different coding issue? Really nice red, the blue could use a little spacing apart in terms of light in the first few parts but its a spicy sent.

Try my 1st and 2nd mix :wonder:. btw eidrian told me someone had a problem trying to burn the image. I couldn't get my image to boot on discjuggler so I used alcohol 120% to burn and my image was able to boot on my DC :tup:. Oh and btw whenever I try to soft reset the game back into the main menu to choose color/soundtrack options, it doesn't load up back to that screen. Anyone else having this problem :confused: and the audio volume actually turned it out better than I thought. I wished it still could had been a bit louder but that's cool. Thanks eidrian again making this mix and thanks Toodles as well for even remotely making this possible and as well as everybody that had contributed to this project :woot:. Hope everybody likes it.

I just tested the soft reset and it works fine, anyone else having issues? About the audio, go to options menu in Marvel, and switch the audio to MONO, that way it will be a bit louder.

Geronimo made that mix i believe. If i remember correctly, it was the Fugee's Request mix. I could upload the entire mix on rapidshare, but it would take a long time to upload and even longer for you to download if you don't have a rapidshare account. If you know how to burn MVC2 mixes, I could upload the color files for you. You're probably better off just finding someone who downloaded the EVO mix and play it on there.

If discjuggler isn't working for you, try Alcohol 120 and burn on the lowest speed.

This is what I use for burning .cdi's, never had a failed disc, and even if you get the trial, and it expires you can set the clock back on your PC to use it again as a ghetto way to get around the trial time.

Setting the transparency of the very first box must have been set higher than 0. I did the same thing accidently to War Machine's specials. I ended up with black boxes around fierce attacks, shields and proton cannon. Glad I caught it early...not that there's many people who play WM, but still.

IIRC, fugee's music is labeled as Season Beatings I and II from the Evo mix. Try those soundracks.

The music on that mix was exclusive to that copy, 'cuz fugee put that in himself.

To the hack who brought copies of Marvel with glitched characters (messed up Storm, Sent) to SB3: shame shame shame! Either fix your shit or don't mess with the experience of other people. That's narcissistic. (Vs Geronimo, who made a minor glitch in his mix and felt terrible about it.)

It was kind of fun to see my mix here and there at SB3, but I don't really like my black Magnus edit.

Whoever's edit has two almost identical white Storms: that was lightly annoying to watch. Maybe add more distinction between characters?

All you need to do is download each part. Its all archived as one disc. Once unzip the archive it will be ready to burn with Discjuggler.

I think someone earlier in the thread had a problem burning it. It will burn fine in DiscJuggler, just make sure you click Yes when it asks if you want to burn it if its over 700 MB, and No when it tells you the disc is flawed, and should it fix it.

It will work fine after that.

I burned mine from .cdi and got it to work (The Landing kicks that character selection screen's ass) and then proceeded to try out inputs on a bare PCB for a custom stick. Fried my controller ports:crybaby:, so I'm going to fix it and give feedback on all sets.

Try using Alcohol 120 and just burn on the lowest speed. Don't change any of the settings and you should be good :tup:

Image was made with Discjuggler 3.5, if you have burned 10 coasters i suggest using a different burner rather than a different software. Some burners just refuse to burn DC games correctly.

When you unpack any of the rar files, it will compile 1 cdi extracted from the 4 rar's. So you only need to burn that 1 cdi image.
