Iceman infinite?

I was watching Meikyousisui Vol.6 and about 1:30 into it Iceman is doing a combo but he's half way into it. The counter is already at around 15 and it looks like he can keep on going but instead he launches and finishes with a super. I can't tell if Iceman has his "ice-glove" on or not, but the order seems to be (lk>hp>dash). I tried it only for a short while but couldn't get it to work. Could somebody explain this combo to me? Is he Crouch Canceling before the dash and do you need his "ice-glove"?

i think i've heard of that combo and iirc that's suki cancelling or block canceling i forget what you call it

That combo it's done with suki-cancelling.... "cancel and standard attack with the defense animation, there's a lot of info abut suki-cancelling.
