Hey man, no not really. Im just trying out some characters I havent used much lately. Vice, Hibiki, Geese, Todo + ect. I tried my best Im just not very good with them at the moment! The games were good fun we should play again soon :tup: I wouldnt say Iori is TT on Live. Maybe he can roll a bit more freely in some games but I dont think it shifts him up the ladder that much

I'm really reckless online myself but against p groovers I tend to hold back but you were trying to parry almost every poke I did so it was easy to fight against you that's all I'm saying

For the past three weeks, my connection has been really shitty. Its very rare that I even get lag free matches now. I was thinking that it has something to do with my new SFAC joystick, but then when I plug in the S controller, the lag is still there. I really dont know what the hell is wrong with my connection.

Ok I can tell why most of the time (I guess..) I do random special. Its because I'm basically using it as my run. Dashing takes too long to reach my opponent. for example I use Rugal grab attack for my run just to make the distance shorter. same with Vice shoulder charge. The only special(s) I don't count for my run is the burning knuckles and the bird girl ground slash(eventhough I may consider making it into one). And if not for the run thing, probbaly for distraction(if it work :sweat: )

There are some characters I don't be so random, like Chun li I mostly try to be very agile with her(who don't). basically what I'm saying. It depend on the character I pick.

And about the parrying, I can understand why you think its foolish of me to try parry everything but I have to practice on my parrying somewhere. I can play the computer but they are modify to play like that, humans are not. So when I play online I get better training with you guys than the AI. And plus I want to rely on parryin even more cause I may be in a situtation where my parrying is most needed. I might be stuck in a corner. I can't roll or counter. There's a reason for everything..

I would say that the offline phrase would be only necessary if someone actually lived close to the person or they have money to go to a tournament. I don't really know why people keep playing this game if it's making them this annoyed over the lag and you're right about the 3rd sentence. It's not like Capcom will make the servers better.

Even though the connection was pretty bad on my side in our games last week (not sure about you), but I kept going. I couldn't block or parry a great deal of attacks, but I don't care about losing. The line up that you had was very effective in lag, which gave me alot of trouble. Still, I found it a challenge. It will take a while before I'll get back on live, so I can play you again. GGs.

And I wasn't taking it easy, I was using a stick that I still haven't broken in. It's only the 2nd or 3rd time that I used the p360 that I got from DF. That shit is tight as hell.

I don't deliberately do anything that I know wouldn't work offline, although I hardly play offline because no one in louisville plays CVS2(at least well). I would figure that since we play against each other all the time then maybe your fuse would be a bit longer for such things.

Anyways, it's all good, and like I said before I enjoy playing against you because you beat my ass and force me to get better. The couple of times I sat idle at the character select screen were because I was trying to find my headset adapter so maybe you could give me some pointers.
