The lag was getting ridculous only reason I didn't do a "Scoot Magee" was because I like playing against your lil bitch Yuri.

I'm at school on an Internet2 connection in a new gamelab they made so I shouldn't be getting very much lag.

I didn't have any lag at all. Don't know what happened at your end... maybe we can play at night or something. Games are usually better then.

EDIT: Maybe since you were hosting, your upload was that good and my download to your server was crap. Next time, I'll try to host and see if it changes anything.

All this time that I've played K I've had no meter management, I keep forgetting to break stock. My Rolento was hella scrubby and got beat up quick. He's fucking hard to play on a pad lol. And sorry for the scrubbyness but my the d-pad of my controller broke yesterday, I have to push realy hard to move or block, this shit isnt playable but I have no money for a new one not now and not in the near future. I have 2 seperate incoming Inet connections here. One with my cable modem and one with the apts 4.5 Mb cable. The only bad side is 386Kb or so up shared with my room mates and thier spy ware :( :sad:

Once Im done DLing the Yu Yu Hakusho DVDs Ill play cvs2 on my on dedicated line.

GGs, R4 matches go quick, any particular reason you like them? You're getting better, but you still seem to miss like every combo. I would suggest practicing those that you're trying more or use some easier combos. You could've easily taken more rounds if you had finished your combos. Also if you're gonna random super, find other places to do it. You must've tried landing from jump into super like 10 times. I think you got me once, but after that it was very predictable.

Actually I've done so quite a few times playing people around here. Its really not that hard if you use the strength and defense multiplier when its activated, and save the super for a perfect and crucial moment before it runs out. Better make it count though.

GGs to GuiltyNight from earlier today. Weird lag spikes, but was overall enjoyable (at least for me). Also dug the let's-go-for-the-whole-cast theme that was going on - it's hard to get people to want to play like that. Sorry for the Shin Akuma that came out of random. That dude has some serious cheese going on with him.

Great set Glory. That Honda shit is too good. I'm bad at teching throws to begin with (which you quickly figured out an exploited, :pleased: ), but that 360 shit was rediculous. Can you even tech the command grab? I tried a few times and it didn't work so I assumed you can't. Also, sorry about those 2 disconnects, I dunno wtf my connection was doing, but that shit was annoying me. Glad I got to play you since I'm going back to school tomorrow. I didn't get to play anyone decent last night and i was starting to think I might get newbed tonight again, but then you came along and saved the day :tup: . Now I can go home satisfied. Goddamn, I just played some cvs2 on xbox live. And I fuckin couldn't do a combo to save my life.

It's probably the combo of the xbox controller and the little lag. I couldn't do a goddamn thing but c.fierces all day.

Guess it's looking for a converter and getting it here, ASAP.

The Xbox Pad itself is slightly laggy and on top of that XBL is crappy sometimes. But don't worry you'll get use to it and especially if you get a converter and use a mas or custom arcade stick.

GGz Adustem, your ground game is getting better, now just start working on your meter management. Don't take all that Gaurd damage when you're in C,A,N, or S* groove. Block press towards + Mp+Mk to "alpha counter". S needs meter to do it so... you barely wanna do it... unless the character has sucky lvl ones... like my Iori...lol

Great game we had on Saturday night. I've gotten alot better since we last fought, don't you agree? I have to give some credit to you too because you were really good using the K-groove as well. Your links aren't working Mr SNK. I know how you feel. This SFAE stick sucks ass. The buttons and art are nice but the stick is horrible. It's real stiff and gets stuck on one direction a lot. :sad: I got a year warranty and I've debated just taking it back and replacing it but I have a feeling I'd have the same problem so I'm just gonna put another stick in it.

Yeah Good games, but the connection on my side was worse then ever before. And at the end I gave up because I couldnt do anyting. I wasnt meant to be joining youre game the last time, I dropped on somebody by exident when I pushet the wrong button while I was looking who (you) invited me :xeye:

GGs yyy, thought you'd get at least 1 outta me didn't ya? Denied, with a couple ocv's to sweeten the blow. Anyway, your Maki didn't seem to get me with any supers. I think that's your main problem, & very little combos. But I expected more rolls like everyone has said. There were some, but not a ton. You do like to throw a LOT, which is fine in my book, but I can see why people are annoyed by you.

i thought i had you that one time when your ryu jumped at me. either i aa'd s.hk too early or that air to ground punch beat the s.hk. i kept trying to for the 720 super which didn't come out and just ended up jumping around.
i'm still working on the basics. i figure if i can do okay without combos now, i could just add them in some other time. until then, i use throws instead of combos, unless i have enough time to setup.

Caelum- It's been a while...gg's. As for the combos...its all about training mode :bgrin: . I need to improve my ground game though. Its much more important than being able to do combos. Smoothcat, Gadgy, Citiobrass are examples of some players I cant even touch because of their superior ground game. So yeah, its all about the ground game, then the execution.
