Does anyone have an anti-air move summmary for each character?

the only ones that consistently work online is:
blanka crouching fierce
chun-li crouch hk
ryu/ken standing fierce

those are the only ones that you can really rely on on live.

What about Rye RH, Yama MP, Honda FP, Rock RH,.

Maybe I should say best Normal Anti air for each character.
