Well...last night was pretty messed up. We start drinkin at 8, and since we dont have shot glasses, we use those medicine cups that this guy has. it was probably just a tiny bit smaller than a shot glass. Anyways, me and this guy luke go shot for shot for about an hour (15 in an hour is not good, remember that). It was funny cuz everytime we'd be like "ok we gotta slow down". Then we talk for like a min and drink again. After 15 i was feelin pretty drunk. There's like...40% bottle left. We find a shopping cart and I'm small so i got in...all my friends were drunk so steering me in it wsan't fun. I fell after like 50 meters...onyl time I got really hurt. We were walkin to our Welcome Week rep's party, this is probably the only part i remember from the night. As I started walking, I felt the alcohol more. my roomate (who drank a 26er of Fireball whiskey), is probably the most violent I've seen someone while drunk. He throws a hat at some psasing car and the car just stops and some guy starts running after him. If he wasn't ina crowd he'd probably be in rough shape. Everyone;s like laughing and running into trees and stuff, wasn't very fun. We get to the party, and there's an empty couch and if any of you have seen the Rick James skit on the chapelle show...bsaically just put 2 and 2 together. She told me there wasn't any damage on the couch. I told myself before that I was gonna keep that 26er to get drunk a couple times, so i wanted to save it. And of course, I ended up chugging it for some reaosn. Soon after, cops came (I didnt know at the time) and just left with a crowd of people. I thought we just left cuz it was boring. Anyways, int he middle of the walk, I collapsed and didnt remember ANYTHING. All I remember was falling and I woke up in my bed at 5 am. But apparently from all the stories my floor told me...

- I puked about 7 times (which was why I didn't get a hangover
- Punched a girl named Jennifer in the face
- Chugged half a beer and then poured it into a girl named Heather's head
- Since the theme of the party was trailer trashness, I came in a white shirt that I cut in pieces. Now it's ripped in half and I dont know how
- I had to be woken up every hour and I couldn't answer any questions
- Passed out in the middle of the road while crossing a street
- Caused a ruckus in Pita pit and got kicked out
- I got a sweatshirt from a guy named Ammar. I puked on it in like 3 mins.
- Said ethnic slurs like every 10 seconds
- Walked into a parked car and passed out

Now somehow I didn't get a major for alcohol, even tho there's CA's at the front.

We also lost my roomate ont he walk home, he ended up getting a major and a fine for public drunkenness. He hit his head on the toilet throwing up, and was constantly followed by paramedics. He went into 2 rooms and started jumping around and well...yea he was pretty bad...At like 5 am, I woke up and I didnt know how the hell I got in my bed...which was funny cuz neither did my roomate. Then at like 10 am...

Me: Hey nick...do u remember anything that happened last ngiht?
Nick: *looks around* what the fuck how did I get here?!

He then proceeds to flip out and we're left wondering what the fuck we did last night.

Lol, time to post some random shit from my uni i guess.
Lets see.. last night.
It was me, and three of my buddies in my friends res, we had nothing planned, so decided to make it a relaxing night.
After plowing through a whole shitload of Popeyes, we decide to smoke up and play poker. Well just as we're about to, these three girls walk in, and want to smoke up too. (Two of them twins. My gawd). Well like 20 minutes later, 5-10 hits off a bong, and one GIANT joint (which the girls had) later, i'm so gone. Vague recollections of running around the res playing soccer with an empty bottle of water, confrontations with campus police, going for a ride in a car, thinking it was a roller coaster, meeting up with some more random people who were drunk, and I honestly don't remember anything else. All I remember is spilling shit over my roomates res, then running outside with a bunch of people.

And then there was that time we got drunk AND high... lol.

My mac exp.

Me and 3 of my buddies got to mac at around 6. We met up with a few friends, and chilled out for a bit. I started drinkin some beer, and some guy challenged me to a chuging comp. I knew i would smoke him for sure, and I beat him with ease, but there was 1 problemn i didn't know about. You CAN NOT chug sleamens cream ale. Cause when you do, it instantly turns to foam in your tummy...not yummy.

After pre drinking, we decided to go grab more liqure from the lcbo. I got a 26er of bacardi, and made rum and cokes, some thing i havn't done in a while.

After grabbiong more liqure, we went to see marianna at her dorm.

We chilled out for a bit more, then we went to a keger with the 4 of us, and a bunch of girls.

We got to the keger, and instantly surounded 1 of the kegs. We didn't leave untill there was nuthing left. I feel bad tho, cause we drank all the vodka and cool-aid, and allota girls had to drink beer.

Random side note:

Mariana's room mate Glis is fuckin HOT. Me and my buddy Macnamee both had her on lock, but we played rock paper scisors to see who'd get her. I won, but then she threw up. Some of her better lines by the end of the night:

Basicly you go to peoples houses and fix whatever is wrong with there computer. That includes formatting, virus removal, computer set up (say if they just got a computer and dont know wtf there doing..) networking and teaching how to use basics on windows. Also I have an account now to get holesale prices on most computer parts, programs and even full computers. So it would be nice if you knew how to build a comp from scratch too.Basicly you would charge the person 30 bucks per hour. (minimum of 1 - 2 hours depending on the job) and id be paying you 70% of that which comes to 21 dollar an hour i believe. All i wanted to do was buy a proline ticket...but there were a surprising amount of people playing MvC2/CvS2...so I figure big time streaks...

I look around...MvC1 now has an awesome cabinet. I dont know why

I decide to play mvc2, against some guy using guile/sent/capcom. i do lk lk rp super with sent and...guile's dead. high damage. correction: THE HIGHEST Damage. I end up losing to some other guile player cuz he hit 3 combos on my team.

I decide to play CvS2. I see these guys playing team shoto. I'm thinking wow this is gonna be some good fun. I try to pick lk bison. Button sticks. 3 kicks vega. buttons stick. if anyone has tried using my phone...the cvs2 buttons are stickier than those. i lost, because the only NON sticky button was mp. here's how most of the match went.

Me: *I know he's gonna roll throw, i'll just throw him back*
*Scrub rolls*
*me presses f + Hp only to have nothing come out

I decide to play mvc1. The sticks are brutal. i tried picking collussus and got random fags all the time. I couldn't beat the game.

Drink whatever you want Chris. Despite what a lot of people will tell you, Smirnoff Ice is not just for girls. Considering the fact it is the most envibed form of alcohol in Canada (that's right, it outsells every beer product), it tastes better than beer and it has a higher alcohol content, you're better off with Smirnoff Ice. I use to box all the time.. I hate it though because boxing gloves are too damn big. It makes u feel like a fucking retard with them on. Those little sparing gloves are so much better, faster and more accurate. Pussy boxers just stand with the gloves infront of there face since there so big and just block everything.. which is when u just wind up as hard as u can and punch them in the face anyways.. 99% of the time they will fall down.. i think its so funny. Truth be told, I don't get good rates at all off torrents. I usually average between 25 - 40K. There are certain torrents that are always a fast pick up like when I D/L the week's episodes of CSI Miami & NY and Smallville. Those torrents I'll have in almost no time because I'll get these nutty 250K downloads. It's total hit or miss for me.

On a related note, I'm almost done D/L'ing Midway Treasures 2 so if anyone wants to have a console tourney for MK2 I'd be down with that.

i dl about 400 off bt. Cap your upload speed is the trick. Curt if your upload speed is at the highest it can go, then your bandwidth is pretty much taken up from uploading. For example i can upload 100 kb/sec. I cap my upload speeds at 35 kb/sec which is about 1/3 of my bandwidth. Since i still have most of my dling power, it gets up to about 400 kb/second after an hour or so. Also just to let you know if you have your upload at like 5 kb/sec max. Your not gonna download shit. Since your upload is so trash it caps your download. Its BTs way of making it fare for everyone. Personally i think it works really well.

Anant: Try sport check near square one. Thats where i got my punching bag, gloves, speed bag.. all that shit. That was like 5 years ago though so im not sure they have all that stuff still. You never know though.

EDIT: Just thinking about what I said about BT. If you have BitTorrent then you wont be able to adjust the upload max since its auto set at max. (why most people think bt sucks). Surf around and get Bit Tornado. Its like a little mod for BT basicly showing you how many connections u have going on and allows you to set your upload speed and such. Its nice.. i recomend you get that if you use BT

As such, I was sure to provide a provision in my first post saying the sum would come down (in this case the word substantial would be an understatement). Secondly, Shumayel's account is as it always was. The timestamp on when he registered coupled with the fact that no one else uses his SRK account at home puts him behind the comp. If you wanted to actually investigate (which a good lawyer would do anyway) you'd just consult his ISP for activity in relation to when the post was made thus narrowing the parties involved to within Shumayel's house. Third of all, if Shu made the statement, he's on the hook for the amount once you preclude the fact there isn't a third party who's forking over the money. Lastly, the whole "can't prove what's not written" is a crock. If that were the case, net crime would be the single greatest form of unprovable injustice in the last 15 years.

We'll do this from a "letter of the law" persepctive because there's a very large gap betweeen what cops "can do" and what cops "do do" (remember what happened to Stephen's brother a few months back).

If they entered the backyard, it leaves room to believe that there was open access to the backyard to begin with. If it was say locked or closed off and they found their way in then that's a problem. However, if they just walked in like anyone could then they're entitled to do just that. It basically falls into a "don't have to do anything to find it" area. For instance, if police go into a place for questioning and evidence is in plain sight, they wouldn't have to have a search warrant to take the evidence because it was right in front of them.

As for the latter question, no they can't charge all of you with possession. They can hold all of you for questioning but can't place all of you under arrest (again, there's a difference). The cop was just testing the waters to see if someone would snitch out who's weed it was without having to do any actual work. It's a pretty common practice.

I went to Skybox on Thursday and I thought of something.

Tell the friggin scrubs to stop hitting the cvs2 machine when there is nothing wrong. There are at least 2 Fraser punks that I've played that do this (whose names I won't mention). Always blaming the buttons even if there is nothing wrong. I'll make an effort to stop this if I see it happen. But I only go there once a week so someone else put in some effort please.

From playing on Thursday:
-The left side is ok except for sticky mk. All the buttons work.
-The right side's mp comes out by itself sometimes, mk and hk don't always work.

The first 20 episodes of naruto have to be the best ones (zabuza saga). Although the chunin exams were pretty sweet. Lots of great fights. But once again, its just your typical anime with normal fights and a few little added things. The part i loved about FMA was the fighting was so different from anything else i have seen before. SO FUCKING COOL! Now im wondering which anime to watch next...
