I will allow 7 days for signups.
The rom name will be as follows
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (U).smc
If your UMK3 rom is not named that, copy and paste that name for it.

RULES
Held over ZSNES
matches will be 5/9
Double elimination
Any character is allowed (for all you Human Smoke lovers)
No codes of any kind are allowed (so no vs screen mashing)
Each match will have a week to happen. If your match is not done within a week, the one who PROVES that they attempted to contact their opponent MOST will advance.
Sign up here, and leave an AIM name, MSN name, or YIM name, as well as the best time to contact you (days as well)
Results will be posted in this post
