hi not sure if this is the right place to post, but i have a hard time chaining combos with any characters!

i want to know the basics obviously and i try to chain combo's such as

down lp,lk and i cant do anything into it!

how do ppl chain combo's into hk's and hp's from low lp & lk's

does it involve timing ?

sorry very new to the scene and ive played about 400-500games on xbox live!

i use ryu, ken and akuma

any advice on any combos with them and maybe how you do them would be very helpful!

you can link from lp and lk but not chain, not without making an ex groove with ex. it's just strict timing, try doing a crouching jab with a shoto and then a medium sweep. it links

ok mate, so you cant link lp and lk's into hp's or hk's?

not very good at cvs2, much more experience with 3s! :)

I find that certain characters link better than others. Eg, Kim can link lp, ,lp, lp, lk into any super. Ken can link any move after his lp, lk, mp, or mk.

basically, most characters can link specials or supers after weak or medium attacks. I only go for Hp links when i have a long opening.

The only character that can do a standing link l-m-hard without using an ex groove is morrigan, but i dont use her coz she cant run.

The bitch fuckin hovers and flies man. If the Bass was an N, K or S groover he would find nuff cheese to tie into it. :clap:

Well thank god you aint an S,n or k groover. There are enough Chedder and Stilton hybrid rodents running around with Morrigan already! :badboy: :badboy:
