Xbox live down?

Its 5 pm est I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble connecting to xbox live, my friend in miami said his was acting up too just wanted to know if any of you guys are having problems.

I can't get in either. Probably because I screwed up and forgot to turn off my chip when I signed in, but hopefully it's just something spooky with the connection.

Yeah I think it might be,I was playing Reload against someone and suddenly it dropped on me, when i tried signing back in it wouldn't let me log back on.

Damn I thought I was the onlyone with a problem. At first it wouldnt let me on and after about an hour it let me go on but when I went to opti match it showed "checking" for ages instead Good, bad or worst. Also my friends list seemed to be dodgy.

I hope they sort this shit out quick

I TOO had a problem last night with live, this morning though it seems to have sorted itself out.

I got kicked off by playing against Sadistic. I got kicked off numorus of times, but this time I can't get back on.

i can't get in too, i know i turned the chip off because i signed in and i got banned twice within the weekend, it has to do something about maintenance, no wonder there were a lot of scheduled maintenance repair crap long ago...
