You're too kind smooth, i think chowster is the best in the UK, but it's all good. yeah i forgot about high attacks. i got kicked in the head too many times by your ken. i'm with hav on the love/hate of your urien. I should hit training mode but i just aint got time to take my playing to the next level.

kneel - only good connection aside sifu98 i've had all day. you probably noticed i tailed off in the latter part of the set, but i got tired got up at 7 this morning (thanks to my early bird girlfriend), i was doing good at the start when i was fully with it, i was just shit at the end! But early on we both displayed a bit of skills here and there. You'll be alright in a month or so, you got the skills and the right frame of mind. *pats you on the back* I know my ken is okay every once in a while, all your shoto's have bursts of rushdown, you did perfect me a couple of times, sure felt like it!

Don't give up on the game, just STOP jumping in when i have meter, in fact just stop period, you gotta learn to use dash throw and tick throw against me cos i never mash.

i think your akuma doesn't use demon flips right, i saw a vid a while ago and this guy was mixing up by switching between demon flip flying kick, normal d+mk flying kick thing, and demon flip throw. People had trouble parrying the two different kicks because they're hard to distinguish between yet on hits faster than the other.

those games weren't too slow for me, this game is dope, thanks smooth, thanks kneel, you are both a breath of fresh air compared to the hoards of shit online. Next time i will parry high and low, you better watch out smooth.

I think alot of people is mistaking me for sifu V and the otherway around.
Yea there IS a sifu98 and a sifu V,
So i think The Mulla got me mixed up with someone else unless you got another tag besides The Mulla.
In terms i play Sean as my main char, and i also know how to play shoto's and Hugo aswell.
i think its the Hugo part that is confusing some people.

Yeah man it was a shame about that lag...I kept trying to parry all Elena's pokes etc...but to no avail. Yeah, Q is my new character - he is becoming quite strong I think. :tup:

That's okay...I figured when I saw that both of you were currently "playing" that it was against each other. I would take a lag free game any day of the week especially if the competition is good. I am still suprised about the connection we had going last night/early morning...that was our best yet!

Shame about the lag we had...I know you are a good player and your Oro with SA3 would be really annoying to face in a lag free match I bet. Anyway here is hoping our next connection is as good as mine and Skyl's was... :tup:

Hey Mullah, I do find EX moves kind of akward on the pad. Most of the time it takes me a few tries to get one out, I dont have much trouble comboing into one tho :confused: Fun games as always, Im still jumping a little bit but its cos Im still testing a few things out with parrying and the super jumps range + etc. Also comboing off of crossups.

I play regardless the connection unless we are getting like 3 sec delay and stuff.U have a nice oro if i recall and i think u play alex too.?

GG's to anybody that's played against me. I really need to learn how to play this game, lol. :) I think I may have played 3S about 4 times in total before I got it for Live. Seems fun though. And is it just me, or does this game lag less than HSF? Or maybe lag doesn't matter as much in this game than it does in HSF? I don't seem to notice it much in 3S, but then again, I am not THAT familiar with the game either. Anybody else notice this also?

Yeah definitely good games Cod, I dont see you on much at all. Your Yang has good potential I find him real tricky to play against. I see hardly anybody using him either. I have a copy of Halo already and havent really played it too much, dont really like the campaign. If you guys say the multiplayer is good then I will definitely get it and jam with you all. gg's to bbc, you need to stop jumping in hsf2, for some reason you dont on 3s which is good. Your honda would be annoying if you didn't jump in so much. as it stands you'll get swatted by anyone with decent relexes.
bsod was fucked between us, its got to be some sort of conflict with our connections cos i never get it with certain people, and get it all the time with others.

Yea barely any lag for that many matches was great.

And honestly, that was the first time I picked Hugo. I just got kinda lucky landing the moonsault press and the super. (I think I lost that match too)

Your Hugo crushed me however.

gg's smooth - it's actually impossible to come close to competing with you using an original xbox pad, i simply cannot tech throws even if i know they're coming. since dash throw is such a fundamental it totally fucks me over. i hope armadillo gets my wiring done so i can get on with building my stick.

i think i was the jackass that took you off of my friends list. i was going through my friends list last night and anyone that i had lag with i would erase. don't take it personally. i didn't get pissed and take you off the list. i lose all the time, getting pissed at video games is for those who create an identity and self concept that is dependent on their video game performance. there is no reason for me to play with lag, so i took everyone that i have lag with off. hey, who knows, it might not have been me that took you off my list, but i took a grip of peeps off because lag on this game is rediculous. it's like playing a different game with the same characters underwater. i worship 3s and playing it on lag is uneccesary for me as i live in an area where there is still plenty of comp. good job to everyone who can play with lag, it must take some time to adjust and i appreciate the skill that it takes to be good at this game. would have been nice to play peeps from other areas, so that makes me sad :(. take care and sorry if i offended you.

Yeah man I don't know what's going on, I think my connection's messed up. I usually don't get any lag with London players (I'm in Paris) but for the past two days it's been awful, especially today. Sorry to all I played tonight, I'm going to check what's up with my ISP.

I cant be bothered to go to all the different threads for this game session so im gonna post everything here.

I think tonight i had the kind of experience that put me off CvSNK. The constant drops the lag the DAMN Turtling. People sacrificing all skill in order to gain that all important win.

To begin:

GGs - to all those players who ran like dogs with their tails between their legs, those who got perfected, all those who cowered in one corner and those who thought they could win by constant throws. You ALL should know who you are, and i took great plesure in battering you.

GGs - Luna4 or whatever your name is. How the F&*k did you get that 40 ranking by hiding in the corner for 6 rounds. I mean, if you cant keep Hugo away with Necro, then you're gonna have many more problems in the future.

GGs - SCRUB HUNTER NL. I didnt give you a good match because the lag was so shit, thats why i quit after 3. Dont go thinking that you're better than me, though. :tup:

BGs - BisonX. Man, you really need to learn how to play the game, coz that last time i checked there were more buttons than the 2 weak ones. I remember Perfecting your ass in SF2. Your gameplay is so... so... Crap! Dont challenge me again until you learn how to do a Hadoken.

i think i was the jackass that took you off of my friends list. i was going through my friends list last night and anyone that i had lag with i would erase. don't take it personally. i didn't get pissed and take you off the list. i lose all the time, getting pissed at video games is for those who create an identity and self concept that is dependent on their video game performance. there is no reason for me to play with lag, so i took everyone that i have lag with off. hey, who knows, it might not have been me that took you off my list, but i took a grip of peeps off because lag on this game is rediculous. it's like playing a different game with the same characters underwater. i worship 3s and playing it on lag is uneccesary for me as i live in an area where there is still plenty of comp. good job to everyone who can play with lag, it must take some time to adjust and i appreciate the skill that it takes to be good at this game. would have been nice to play peeps from other areas, so that makes me sad :(. take care and sorry if i offended you.

Hey, good games Sifu V. The lag was really annoying on those matches. I could tell you couldn't get out all of Hugo's command grabs and so forth and likewise on my end with moves with the various characters I used. I always like playing someone who does not only use Ken, Chun & Yun...Urien :tup: He is my top character but I cant use him for crap in that type of environment. We will try again soon next time send me an invite so I can join you as we may get a better connection that way.

I didn't resort to any type of charcaters that I wouldn't have used lag or no lag. In SF2 I mainly use Guile, Blanka, Honda, Bison & Ryu. In SF3 my main character is Urien and I am no starting to learn Q & Oro...as you may already notice the majority of the characters I play with are "charge characters." I dont change characters for any type of lag - although I may resort to a Shoto in SF3 if the lag is to bad.

Well, I am sorry you feel that way. But believe me, you are not the only one who gets frustrated when playing in a laggy environment - it works both ways. I am only able to use my Urien to about 10% when playing against you due to the lag. (For example I was hardly even able to block let alone parry Hugo's crouching HK which you abused over and over again.)

The only time I ever seem to get some what serious in fighting games is when I'm not sober… otherwise it's all fun.

Yeah, there was some lag but it was pretty fun. I like how you punished my EX Elbow Slash with Chun's SA2, I got a bit careless there and paid for it. It was weird how my back HP grabbed through Chun's SA1 after the super pause. Got a bit lucky there... Another reason to stick with SA2 hehe. My connection is a bit random so maybe next time we play there'll be less lag.
