I would like to complement a few people that post here good games. The ones I remember playin are Ex Mosqito (rubbish) I beat him whilst only using one button, keep up the work though but a true warrior would learn how to counter the basics. Smooth Cat (quite good) this guy plays good and deserved to be played with more than one button. S1NGHO (okay) this guy was almost beaten by my one button chun li but made a sloppy come back, he is by no means any kind of a warrior, his style reminds me that of the WOUNDED BEAVER. Everything Ugly or something (half decent) a good player that has the potential of becoming a true Warlord. Also SF Punk (KAKA) shame on you for getting defeated by my light punch Oro (one arm guy) when I started mixing it up with med punch you crumbled before me like an ant that you are. Anyone else I played I will try and cast you judgement upon your game next time. My wisdom is wise.

After the freaking BSOD, one can't know whether the opponent really wanted to play some more matches or just another game and then maybe change opponent, so I send an invite just in case it was the former. Invites and especially declining of invites should be taken easy IMO, as we never know if the player we invited just accepted another good player's/good friend's invite. The last thing I want is my invite that lasts a bit longer to be intrusive or make you drop concentration on the current game. Feel free to just decline it or ignore the sign until I decide to go play someone else. :wink:

In a good connection, it's well worth it because the arcade scene is totally dried up in my area.
Ranking is actually determined by points, not win/loss ratio. A player's grade(SS to R)is determined by win/loss. Points are given as follows:
3 points for a win, plus 3 more points for every letter grade higher of the opponent beaten.

I throw most of my blocking out the ventana (*scrub tactic*) and stay addicted to trying to parry almost everything I possibly can. Ey, carnalito, maybe it was just me but your Sean got a lot better over the space of a few days. A lot of your poke/throw strings totally shut me down even when I attempted parrying to throw off the rhythm. It was definitely NOT a beatdown by any stretch, I think I might have come out 2 or 3 games ahead of the Sean/Alex matches, which were mostly very close. You reacted and adjusted very well to the pokes and mixups I threw at you and forced me to try new shit.
As for mixing things up, if I'm not thinking straight enough to change up my blocking or counter-pokes, by all means keep doing that shit until I find some way around it. That's how we all get better. See you next time cabron.

Played 3 peeps; Seves, Ayoumes and TacticalNoir (the fisrt one pulled on me which I found quite amusing :P) Maybe play somemore later tonight but was getting a bit miffed cos of 3 things: a) my fucking monitor won't display 50Hz so I had to play in black and white >:( b) was the first time online so I had to get used to the lag (although at times it didnt seem too bad) but most importantly c) kept on missing stuff cos being strictly a stick user I only had pad to play on >:(

He was top 20, he played chun-li first, then played urien for the rest of the games, I had won all the games we played until I switched to my own tag

I still can't get use to the lag though, I've lost about 30 games because of the lag, moves coming out 2 seconds after I hit the button, but then again everyone else has to deal with it so no biggie. Hey i'm #1 for this month :party:

Man Im still not feeling this game that much, thats howcome I dont usually keep the same character going through. Really I just like parrying, I almost had the Dudley rose into the move I love combo. I got well excited when you chose Denjin with Ryu too :rofl: I just play this game messing around, which is strange cos I thought I would love it. I have no real intentions of improving that much. On the grand scale of things I can tell you Im 2 days into my wonderous A groove adventure on CvS2 :razzy: Not playing the Xbox version anymore, playing on PS2 now so not much competition flying about :sad: Jin was cool, he plays Yun much better offline, gets his GJ's out and knows some evil things with Urien too. Yes, your Hugo is nice. I pick Twelve vs. Hugo just to exploit that "lift Hugo off the ground" bug, and usually get pounded.

I don't drop during matches, never have never will. It was probably at the rematch/quit screen, I accepted someones invite and it kind of cuts people off. It doesn't count as a loss for you or anything, it just abruptly cuts you off. Sorry about that, I'm gonna quit doin that.

As for rank, don't buy into it, it really doesn't mean shit.

ya gg's too. yeah my connection has been ass for a couple weeks. i just found out, after a couple weeks of monitoring my connection, wondering where my bandwidth is, is a mysterious ip address just happens to pop up on my grid. i think someone is hacking into my connection locally and whoring my bandwidth... plus cold weather has been affecting the node outside. they are gonna fix it this week... then i can go back to near lagless games...

LEVA, I think we only played 3 games but left afterwards. Would have played more but wasnt happy about the 6 consecutive stomps you did in both rounds, what was that all about? Anyways, I tried to block/parry but none off that worked, should have rolled but I'm expecting the timing for that to be tight since hit impact is so close to floor impact, so I just stopped playing. Apart from that the other games were very enjoyable.

Didn't realize I was playing someone across the pond :china:
Anyway there was just enough delay that I was thrown off a bit on wakeups and overheads. Not taking anything away from your game though, your Necro is very solid and would probably win out in a 3-5 game set. I also realize people have to deal w/Alex's stomp online and it probably ain't pretty...I try not to abuse it anymore than I do offline but there isn't a lot more to link into in a poking session. Cheers, til we play again.

thx :karate: He's coming along, but still not nearly where i want him to be. Yurp yun is my main character, i pretty much exclusively play him, although i will shoto whore once in a while, i was also trying to learn oro but i've pretty much given up on him.

:) Steele, I'm glad you don't feel that I was taking advantage, I remember Iron8 saying a similar thing, but lag between him and I was really bad anyways. In truth though, that's how I play Necro gainst everyone, lag or no lag, I try and mix up a bit with the poke into jab dempa, command grab and stuff just to vary things, both for myself and the opponent. Alex stomps, yeah, very
