A drop is a drop. Why didn't you check the status of the match before deciding to join? Common sense would tell if it's set on 5 matches & you're not up to it, why join? Besides, your Elena BARELY beat my Remy (by one hit off the lifebar) so when you dropped, it automatically looked as if you were trying to avoid an in-debt match. Some people just don't like pouring out every ounce of their skill in order to win a match.

Anyhow, I deeply apologize for the misunderstanding, but next time trying looking at the match settings before deciding to join (if the settings are the way you see fit or if not). I'd love to have another match with you (great Elena) add me to your FLs if you wish & we can set up another match sometime. :tup:

I went to Quick Match rather than OptiMatch and didn't even think to check how many rounds it was, so when I was slung into the match, I didn't realise what had happened until it started. I'm an idiot for not checking but in 2,500 odd matches on Live, I've never had a 5 rounder before. Ever. So it's a bad habit as well as laziness on my part (well, a little bit of pure stupidity thrown in there too). I'll apologise again because I know how utterly lame and annoying dropping is but I really didn't want it to seem like I was dropping.

Next time we play, you can have a free win against me - I couldn't care less about rankings or win ratios, I've lost 10-0 enough times to guys like Akhillies and SHIREN to care about stuff like that. But whatever, if I'm online tonight, I'll add you and we'll do battle again. Properly, this time. :karate: And that means 3 rounds :wgrin:

Cripes, every time I play 3S online I come away with a horrible taste in my mouth. Yeah, great games to the S-ranked player who didn't know that the fourth hit of Q's SAI is blocked low, that (it seemed) didn't know Q had c&db tricks, and what Q's taunt did. Great games to the S-ranked guy who picked Akuma, sat on the other side of the screen, and did fierce fireballs over and over in the deep lag like it was a good tactic. And awesome games to the million Urien players who think random fireballing/kneedropping/throw dashing is a good tactic. And it sure is... online. Man, Third Strike is so retarded on Live.

Offline, I have a 85 to 90% parrying percentage. The next thing you'll say offline is all I do is spam parrying. Again, you're full of shit and too full of yourself and a dumbass. I've never played GoodYourMaster, but if there was ever an "honorable player" on LIVE, Oboro Bishamon would be it.

He doesn't care about winning at all costs, he just cares about a good fight and constantly learning. Heck, he was even gracious enough to let a scrub like me have a free win.

His record is like 100/365. I created a game and he joined. We played 8 matches. I never picked the same character except when be beat my Necro, which I picked again then beat his Ryu. He only picked Ryu and Dudley IIRC. So, I gave him some of his own medicine, and picked the Dudster. At the end of the 2nd round of our 9th game, I taunted (which I had been doing with Dudley only) then comboed into the FB+P, which finished him off. He dropped. Made my day.

Oboro you shouldn't assume because I left that I don't like playing you. You don't remember sets we played? The connection we have had the last few times we tried playing has been consistently bad, and I basically only challenge you to see if the connections decent. If its not, then I go.

Usually I just walk forward and let you (or whoever) kill me because its too laggy..but sometimes I don't feel like doing that..sometimes I'll just exit/pull. It's faster. If that offended you..oh well. Everyone knows I don't 'pull' on people for no reason.

I played him earlier. We had a good streak going. My first international game in a long time, and 12 matches in, it was alot more fun than American. Acid test time - I bring out my Ryu against his Alex and happen to beat the crap out of him - and he drops at KO instantly. Not sure if it was just a coincidence cos droppers usually take a few more seconds. So I find him a while later on optimatch, challenge him and he doesn't respond. I actually wait for like 5 minutes before the dude finally declines.

You know im just rushing you the entire fucking time. The least you could do is make shit interesting by putting together SOME offensive strat. I know alot of guys think this shit is real fighting but cmon now its just online, lets see a fucking rush.

That shit is boring as fuck (to me), im not saying your a bad player cause you are better than alot of the other randoms i play, but to me that style of OMG STALEMATE K is just not the way i like to play, and your not the type of player that puts together interesting set-ups. Sure if it was a serious match or something than w/e, but as far as having a good time then theres no desire to keep rematching you (or anyone else that plays like that).
