Just put in my NCS order for the game. I'll be on Live starting Monday. Woot! Before then though, could some of you answer a couple Q's for me?

1- Is the game live aware?

2- Does it have any sort of lobby like in SVC:Chaos?

3- Anything interesting or unique in the game as to it's live workings?

Thanks guys. I hope to play and learn from some of you. I've decided to stop being a rusty low skill. I havent played on the level since Alpha 2. I'd like to add some good fighters to my friends list that are interested in more than just scrubbing me out and screaming.

Cynn i don't have an answer to any of your questions because i don't have the game, sorry. but i didn't want to start another thread because i had similar questions :D

XBOX Live 3.0: is it just about the extra clan features or does it actually improve game speed while cuttinng lag? is the US version of AC supposed to support this? does the japanese one?

XBOX Live Updates: i don't have xbox live yet but i hear about 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 etc.. do all of these updates come automatically or only with new hardware?

overall, is it going to make a difference if u import or wait for the US version?

thanks!

1) Not live aware

2) No lobbies

3) Unique? It doesnt have a friends list option.

Perhaps these three reasons are why the US version was delayed? US gamers would have a fit over the friends list problem. Surely they would not back track and release a game with less features than CVS2. For most of us, having SF3RD online is more than enough reason to buy, but sales beyond the small hardcore base would be tougher to explain the faults to.

Gamer: Hey Capcom.. wtf is with no friends list?

Capcom: Friends?! We didn't make this game to sip tea with! MAKE enemies not friends!

Gamer: Just lazy huh?

Capcom: yea...

Ok. My bad. I figured out how to view friends. You have to press start at the XBL screen. Still kinda weird but its in there.
