Lag on SF hyper fighting is practically flawless. 3rd Strike however seems to depend on these factors

1) Distance (UK v UK matches are always great)
2) Someone isnt downloading\uploading on the same connection

When i was playing today, my brother was downloading\uploading shit from his pc, and the "black screen of death" would appear after everymatch. But, it is way better than CvS2.

For example, parrying is a great way to notice if the connection is smooth, and 95% of my matches have been as smooth as silk. Was able to parry normal\special\super arts with ease. Everything that i can parry offline i can do it online, so there is not much trouble with laggy games. I could even say the game runs as if the other player was on the same machine, which is certainly true for UK v UK matches. However, I played some dude from Sweeden, and lag would kick in during the most inoppertune times, like straight after a Genei Jin :xeye: (otherwise was mostly smooth, but when you have 100% smooth games it feels lame :) )

Also, get this...imo the game is totally playable with the original xbox controller. I know i know "get a stick" but i cant play with them. Just waiting on my magic box to arrive so i can use my lovely PS2 pad :encore:

Capcom have done a great job, although tbh they needed to make a more "complex" lobby with more options

1) Character Usage ratio: To see who has used who for their wins
2) Speactate mode : oh man this would own HARD
3) WTF, you cant save online replays no more? :crybaby:
4) The black screen drop is getting very annoying. Only happens on 3rd strike btw

connection hub? where are these hubs you speak of? Could this be why lag is unequal? Does your proximity to a hub that both players have to connect to mean you might get the upper hand connection wise?

At the moment Im using the boring characters. Akuma + Ken! Sometimes I will go Chun, Ryu, Yun + Urien, but not often. Im gonna learn Tengu Stone soon, has to be done.

There are a lot of new faces on as well as most of the regulars from CvS2. Demon Grim + S1ngho are both well above the average, they can use most of the characters. But yeah, there are some new names flying about that are good competition. Im sucky at the moment tho :P

Q is a BEAST! There are a few people using him pretty well. He has so much damn energy, I just try to rush the **** out of him with Akuma. Usually end up getting thrown around!

The only characters im whoring are Akuma + Ken. Trying to get some sort of rush down going with Akuma. Its not really anywhere yet, but I havent taken him to training yet. With Ken Im just trying to learn some mind games, throw setups :rofl: and trying to find out if there are any guard strings in this game!

Postmen dont know what to do with Play.com packages. Sometimes they go through the letter box, other times you have to wait 2 days to go collect it. They all fit through the ******* letter box anyway?!
