View Full Version : What's dan missing? What's others got that he don't got?

I was wondering, i think dan is useable he seems to have good normals

what does he lack? priority? high damage?

and is he in the middle tier or what?

he seems to be better off than he was in other games so why haven't i heard of any dan players?

I think Dan's problem is range mostly, and his fireball.

It's a great starting point for strategies. I'm going to make an argument for S Dan though. I think this proves Dan has at least some untapped potential.

I've been an avid Dan player since Alpha 1, and I honestly think CvS2 Dan is probably among the best iterations there is. Dan just needs a champion, someone to use him to the best of his ability and ignore his infamous reputation.

I've been trying to figure out the upside to Dan for the past couple of days... On Monday, a kid in my arcade, who I know is good at CvS2, decided to play me in Alpha 3 (our cvs2 machine is gone). And he picked Dan. And for a second I was kind of caught off guard. But then I literally obliterated him with Ken and that was that. Poor Dan.
