XBL subscription code?

I just got the game today and it's going to be my first time gettong on XBL, I tried to use the 2 month trial subscription code that came with the game but it would tell me the code was invalid. I'm guessing it's not going to work since it's an imported game? Anyone know if this is true or not?

the code works just fine, try reentering it or something, i used my 2 month subscription and it worked ok.

I've entered it a bunch of times, even tried switching some letters that look kinda odd with others that look similar but still nothing.

hmmm, i know those numbers and letters look weird sometimes, im not really sure what the problem would be then. I did use mine though, so maybe they either stopped it, (which doesnt seem likely) or you got a defective code, or are entering it incorrectly. Call the 18004myxbox or whatever the number is and let them know what the problem is, just tell them its a 2 month trial, if they ask from what game, either lie or tell them, but tell them that your buddy tried his and it worked. They should be able to offer some insight, well maybe not, but its worth a try.
