Well, i would say a majority of the cvs players arent gonna ex/eo on you. Your going to run into it though. Generally i just drop at the select screen if they pick either of those. Its embarassing to watch some of these guys get it in their heads that they are running shit cause they got a chain K Bison.

You will have some good matches though, yes their is horrible lag at times, and yes there are assholes online, but there are some tight players (from my experiences) that make it worthwhile to sort through the rest of the problems.

You should definately stick to arcade mode though, not only because of lack of eo/ex, but also there are usually better games to be found there anyways.
