i've been getting into spamming rolento and gief more though, A2 has so many fun characters and ridiculously good crossup attacks. IMO shotos are more fun to play than they should be. Hell, even bison is kinda funny with his one-dimensional gimmicks.

I played Mark and Y and a few other random people...

I got the best of Mark so I'm happy about that...

I must have played Y about 80 times till about 11pm...

I think I won about 35% of the time... I think I learnt some new things and mainly learnt a few things that I should not be doing as they are too dangerous.

If you check on craigslist though, Kits and the surrounding area near ubc have a ton of rooms every day. Rent right by UBC typically runs you up another 100 or 200 compared to kits though afaik.

GGPO is a program one of the founders of SRK just made, its AMAZING netcode to play street fighter alpha2 online

its pretty amazing

playing people in california with like NO lag and alot of big name OG players play, i seen alex valle playing yesterday and so far ive played inkblot and watts :)

Mark got a lot better wow. He knows a little of how to fight against a Chun, and overall plays 3s like 3s and not HF. :D

GGs Mitchell. Maybe you'll like the other arcades since their 3s cabinets have Japanese sticks on them. The only other place that doesn't is CHQ, but that place doesn't count since it sucks balls.

Thanks...I think limited is the wrong word though. He's hard as hell to play because he doesn't do enough damage and has no health, but he is extremely versatile and has an excellent move set. Check out "Yamazaki" on youtube, he wins high-level tournaments with Twelve. :)

TBH I think that Sean is more usable a character than 12 just because he is ultimately a shoto. Yamazaki is amazing: that's like saying "I play Ken because Daigo plays Ken and I like his playing style". Truth be told, Daigo can probably win with ANY character, and I wouldn't be surprised if Yamazaki could do the same.

Besides, have you ever watched a Yamazaki fight? That guy has to work SO HARD for a victory! 3S shouldn't be a game to give you peptic ulcers LOL.

Of course, I haven't played you... this is just my own personal opinion on 12... but hey if you turn out to be some amazing unstoppable 12 player then all the power to you! Ryu is actually not that great of a character... he's #9 on the Japanese tier list (and Oro is #10... go figure)... but the beauty of 3S is that you can be good with ANY character because of all the options in the game. Ryu may have some flaws, but his punishing is amazing... and Baofu simply takes advantage of that. One parried poke and its GGPO for Chun Li.
