Dealing with Aegis Reflector

Okay, well, I was working on dealing with Genei-Jin today, when my other friend stepped up with his Urien and his seemingly impenetrable shield.

Any tips for getting through an Aegis (besides waiting it out or jumping through it while parrying, which I can't do yet)?
