Hey Everyone,
It appears that UDON has Cancelled the Street Fighter Chun Li and Ken Lithos. The cancellation notice was on my latest invoice. I am hoping that Udon addresses this shortly, so that we can find out whether or not these will be released at a later time.

I didn't order these from Rupps World but I always wondered what happened to the lithos, I had heard that they were due for release last May, so I had assumed that they were no longer going into production.
Cheers for the announcement Chris.

Thanks Chris,
By the way, if you are the owner of RuppsWorld then I would like to ask you if you are going to bring more copies of Street Fighter issues #7 to # 13?
I am asking because most of them are out of stock.

The orders on the lithos are horribly low. therefore, we cannot even start a print run on them. We have no other choice but to cancel it.

Hello Hunter,
I am working on restocking all SF comics, especially the #0-6 issues. Most of the issues from #7 on up are in stock, and the couple that aren't will be back in stock later this week. #13A & B will be available Wednesday morning.

Actually it's too late for that, once UDON cancels a product no new orders can be placed. So UDON will first have to re-solicit them in an upcoming issue of Previews Catalog. So if UDON does re-solicit them, then bug your local retailer to order them by placing an order for the lithos the month that they are offered in the catalog.

That's what I meant. If there are lithos solicited in the future, customers should tell their retailers that they want lots of them.

I feel kind of dumb asking, but what is the purpose of a litho? I have heard of them but am not entirely sure as to what they are and what makes them so cool. For example, why would I want to buy a litho with art from the cover of a foil I already have? Are they superior in quality? What are they printed on? Are they hand painted?

Lithos are basically posters, but better quality.

Lithos for issue 1 & 2 would be cool. But if you really wantem to sell, why not use some new art. I know I would buy it just for that.
