Turtle Sagat

Ah i been having some trouble with this lately. When the person and his R2 Sagat would be the last person(usually this guy is in K Groove) he would turtle and try to JD anything. Then wait for the timer to run out should i have lower life....is there anything you guys normally do for a turtling Sagat?

Throw him. You could also try cross ups after a knockdown with lk. Also try using tick throws, where you just jab or short them and then throw right after.

Fire smart tiger shots/hadoukens. By smart I mean, don't let him have the possibility of jumping in on you and comboing you. It sounds like this guy isn't to good. If he's jumping in on you, you need to start anti airing with your DP's or Anti airs. If he's just JDing them, then mix it up.

A trick that I do when a K groover is just jumping in trying to get free JD's is that when I see them jump in, I dash to the other side, allowing me to combo them (cuz it crosses up) or I throw them.
