They totally redid the menu's and lobby! There is also a spectator feature!

Oh and the lag is fixed too! The wait was well worth it.

Well, I can still play Europeans in 3s. The menu is much cleaner, but still functions the same. I assume that the Europeans won't be able to participate in the spectator mode, though. Maybe a download or patch will become available?

The only other games I've tried are Alpha 1, I couldn't get challengers yet, so I can't comment on lag. I'm currently waiting for challengers in Alpha. I'll let you know how that goes.

I haven't unlocked any other games besides SF1 and SFAlpha. Alpha 2, 3 and the rest are still grey in the gallery mode.

I also haven't watched the movie yet, heres hoping Chun-li's anime tities aren't censored!

Get this you guys. I have just unlocked the "Player AI" mode in 3rd Strike! This works like in Virtua Fighter 4, they actually created A.I. based on the "top players" of 3rd Strike. I'm not sure who they based the A.I. off of, as all the names are in Japanese.

Some of the names are: Hame, KTA, Kyosenshi, Daigo, Mymoza and Billy Kane. I don't recognize any of the names, does anyone know of these players?

All of the names are in grey right now, accept for Hame. He/She is a really talented Ibuki player, wow. :wow:

For anyone that's played HSF2 on XBox Live can you set limits on what type of characters you can use, like play World Warrior characters only, Champion Edition only, Hyper Fighting/Turbo only, Super only, or Super Turbo/X only?

It would kinda suck if it didn't because most likely people would just default to Super Turbo characters =/

I'd prefer to play mostly Hyper Fighting/Turbo myself...

Well, I just picked it up yesterday, and finally got to play a whole bunch of matches this morning. I'd say I'm better than I thought I was, the only time I actually knew I was beat was against some guys Urien, and he dropped after the first game. :lame: The lag is horrible, as expected. Parrying is like, retarded timing (I parried some guys fireball while it was still halfway across the screen away from me.) I can't s>f>fb>super for the life of me online..and hell, sometimes I cant even cf>super. I played against ONE guy where i knew the connection was good, because everything was coming out in real time. Otherwise it seems...very slow, and very frustrating. Good thing I only use online play for screwing around, and learning some new things.

I completely forgot about this game. I haven't been up-to-date on gaming news since World of Warcraft was released. I put down Capcom Fighting Jamolution, and I even missed the Resident Evil 4 release. :confused:

I suppose I'll buy it soon; I haven't been on Live in months. But World of Warcraft is just... so... good. Even at level 60, I'm still addicted to it.

I'd say...pass on it. I'm 48-22, and I think...10 of those matches I had a connection that was worthwhile to play on. And that guy wasn't good at all. I played him about 10 times just because we had a good connection. Maybe it's just my internet...or maybe the people I've been talking to about the lag haven't been playing the arcade or PS2 versions for the last 6 months, but it's bad enough to get me frustrated (which isn't saying much I guess.) If you're going to play it at home, with friends, get it, it's the same as every other version out there. If you want to play it online...I'll have to give it a rating of "eh".

No it looks fine to me, I think better then the DC version.
