whats the damn system option? it says page 1 and theres no way to go to other pages.

the black/white buttons and the l/r buttons are roughly the same. I think whatever you set the black button for, is what L would be, and the white button is for R. or something like that

There is no quick get up in AE...

Also, try parrying the god damn kick instead of DPing it if it didn't work after 45 times. I mean maybe if you do it another 45 times it may start to work but I'm doubting it :rolleyes:

System direction allows you to change different aspects of the game. As you beat the game with DIFFERENT characters, more of the pages open so you can do some setting changes.

Im not sure exactly what you mean by "2nd throw". If you are talking about characters having different throw animations...if you push the joystick forwards, backwards, or leave it will be different.

ok with dudley, the grab normally makes him grab the person and just throw him. Somtimes, why I grab, dudley holds the other guy and just starts punching the shit outta him. <<== i cant do that 1 .

also, ken's grab is the roll. he also has the knee kick thing.

There are 3 types of standard throw in this game

1) Neutral throw = LP+LK togeather (usually a multi hit grapple move- Dudley's body punches, Uriens Choke, Oro's neck strangle, ken's knee attack)
2) Forwards\Back and LP+LK (throw)
3) Air throw = jump in air and press LP+LK togeather (chunli\Oro\Ibuki only...maybe someone else but i think that is all)

You can also break a throw if you...well mash\time throw a yourself.

Also, you will be surprised how good Remy is once you adapt to the game. High and low LOV's (sonic booms), a dashing kick (HCB+K), flash kick, and also a great launcher with D+HP, which can be followed up by a Flash kick.

You should play Sabre, Ediepops or ParryAll to see how devastating Remy can be. :xeye: :xeye: There is some really advanced stuff Remy can do, and even though he is low tier...he can dominate vicousley if used correctly. The guys above can use a technique called "charge partitioning"...really hard to master, and deadly once it is in full effect.

Also, System direction only works for offline games, not for online. ;D

Regarding your problem against cr.RH's, either parry that shit...or use a EX Dragon punch move with Dudley if the standard one dont work. (press 2 punches instead of one.)

MP+MK is a universal overhead
HP+HK is Taunt (increases certain states of characters such as defence or attack for the next move. If Q taunts 3 times, he gets higher defence.)

thanks singho, i never thought to lp lk without pressing forward or backwards. Remy isnt low tier. he can turtle better than guile could ever want to. Had bout 4 ppl do a runaway wiht him today, while i was dudley. i couldnt stop it would dudly only with elena.

believe it or not, everytime i play a kuma/ryu/ken, i practice parrying instead of actually fighting the guy. cr.mk, fireball.. i see that coming all the time. I've yet to parry it online.

Just because he can be used well doesn't make him NOT low tier. Try and find the last major tourney that Remy won. Everyone can be used effectively in the game because of balance + parrying, but Ken/Yun/Chun are the top 3.

i believe u gotta tap down before u actually land on the ground for that to work.
