I was messing around at this game when I found out quite an interesting trick: You can use all the specials that begin with charging down directly from running.
Running is done by pressing forward two time and then holding the button down, but you can also run by pressing forward two times and then holding downforward down. Your character won't duck and he runs normally, but as you hold downforward the game register it as holding down. Thus you can do specials like Guile's Sommersault from running.
Because of holding downforward you can peform only crounching normals when using this trick. This doesn't really matter because most characters can do their 'charge down' specials after crounching LP (Jab).
For example let's do Guile's Sommersault after dashing: press forward twice and the hold downforward. When you're close enough to opponent use crounching LP and use Sommersault after it.
This trick can be used with other characters as well like Terry and Kim.
I haven't heard of this trick before, but I'm sure someone else has found it out as well. My English is quite bad. Hope you understood what I said...
