online tiers?

do the tiers change a little with lag?? i use yun and i dont think he gets to much weaker because i can still pull off my geneijin combos i mean i gotta just time them all early but ya ....

Well, Q is even worse. Huzzah!

I'll be losing even more than when I use him in arcades, but at least now each play doesn't cost anything extra.
