your kidding me right? you are talking like a scrub dude. crying about being cheap? what is being done that is so cheap? throws? or they dp you when you jump? scrubs always make an excuse for losing, dont be one. and what's supposedly the "same shit". and the fact that you are new to 3s makes this thread even more pointless, proves you dont even know what you are talking about. how can you cry about stuff being bullshit when you dont know anything about a game? thats a very unintelligent opinion.
and cvs2 with ex only? no self respecting real opponent will ever allow EX, not how the game was meant to be played...

like i mentioned im new and im sure a lot of people are every game that i play its either against ken or ryu and im seeing the same activity in every game and its almost like playing the same person yet they still drop..... why didnt capcom fix the dropping issue?
I see a lot of shotos, but I'm not going to bitch until I'm able to clean them up(then again, if that were the case they'd drop on me before they'd get annoying :D). Sure they're cheap, but it's only that much worse when they beat you with cheap tactics.

I agree, Q and Hugo will be the dudes I use against shotos online most of the time.

Definitely not a good idea, but I do it, so I can't really say anything. Other than, seriously, not a good idea.

Honestly, I'd rather pit my Q up against a shoto than, oh lets say, Chun-Li or Yun. It's just that its a fight i know very well, and I'm much more familiar with the moves and tactics of Ken/Ryu players than others. Tho Ken's crossup seems to get me all the time...

Playing wave after wave of shoto scrubs can get annoying. I just use low-tier fear. Nothing is more satisfying in 3s than owning Ken w/ Twelve.

Why are you losing to the same stuff over and over again? Adapt to it and counter it. If it's effective, why wouldn't the other person keep doing it?
I do agree that the sheer number of shoto players on live is annoying, it gets boring as hell playing Ryu number 1292343. But other than that, if you lose, deal with it.

If someone beats me with any character, I like to carry on playing them, because to play against them and there style and help me improve my game agaist the char in question. A lot of people say playing live is for fun, I agree but I have fun and try to imrove my game as the games go by. If I just moan at playing shotos and try to avoid them then I aint really learnin nout, If the connection is good I'll stick around for long sets if it is bad I'll quit after the first game and use lag tactics to get the win, cause I cant play normaly even if I tried in lag, I expect the person on the other end to do random DP's aswell, anyhow if the connection is bad I split after 1 if its good I'll stick aroud for as long as possible regardless of char choice or level of player.
PS- I mainly use Ken

Actually I prefer playing against Yun than Ken with Q. I fear Ken's wake-up game a lot more, and at least against Yun a lucky parry (Q's lifeblood) will get you a lot farther. I think Ken locks Q down better, too. But Yun is still a bitch for Q, not even close to an even match.
Hey, any of you other Q players wanna play? I'm down for learning some more Q tricks, any takers?

I mainly use Remy/Urien or Hugo against Kenophiles. You can usually get them in a corner and since they can't parry or anything you can easily just keep up the high/low game until you win. I think Remy's double sweep was designed as a new player detector since it takes most of them at least 5 games to learn to block for the second hit :)
