Strats for Online Hyper online play (Namely ST: Balrog and ST: Honda)

Hey all! im new to the forums and i was wondering if u guys have any tips for ST: Balrog or ST: Honda...those guys have killer traps that i cant get out of...

Im not the best SF player but i can hold my own in situations...

I use ST: Vega and T: Balrog and T: Ken...

So much appreciated if anyone can help me out...

Honestly im just getting tips on how to beat Langrisser...he has a win ratio on me that is killer...but its fun fighting him...so post up man!...im sure u have seen me around

uhh gg's man?...lol not sure what thats all about bro...but hey...can u teach me some strats on how to get rid of your damn balrog....i dont know if my T: Balrog can stand up to ST: Balrog...especially with yer headbutt trap O_O!!
