is there kara throw on sfae 3s?

new to street fighter 3s and i have read about kara throws. i was wondering if this glitch was ported to the xbox version so i stop wasting my time trying to get it to work

All 3s versions on home console have kara throwing. Its just part of the engine.

Does Urien have a good kara throw? I know some characters have shitty ones. Not sure if he is part of that list.

I would imagine he has a decent one (cuz his throw range is already sick) but not entirely sure.

what is a kara throw?

empty throw... with ryu push forward and medium punch then the second you hit the button roll you fingers to LP and LK to throw.
He'll jump forward and stickj out a throw animation.
this gives you about a crouching LK's worth of distance added to your throw range.
Every character has em, just some better than others.
