Rumor has it that Capcom of America will have Street fighter...so what exactly are they supposed to do with it? I was told a new SF was in the making with a TOTALLY new cast of characters...Ne info? :wtf:
Yeah, it's really neat. All of the SF4 characters are the offspring of SF2/3 characters. Like Ken's kid, or Ryu and Chun-Li's kid. They plan on creating a lot of storyline around it. The real controversial thing, however, is that all of the original cast members mysteriously die before SF4. This is Capcom's way of starting with a clean slate and keeping it canon.

The part of the site is down right now because when the news was leaked Capcom got a lot of angry letters.
As for the game itself, SF4 is replacing the parry system with a new "wrap" system. There are no walls, the players are able to jump from one side of the "map" to the other. Think the warp tunnel in Pac-Man.
Oh, and it's going to be 3D.

I don't like the sound of this at all...
SF4 should be Japanese produced, 2D and have an old age Ryu in it, sorta like Oro.

SF30 is going to suck, wait for 32 since capcom always has new stuff worked out by the third rendition of the game. 32 also features Ryu's Great great great great great grandson named Ryu, who looks and plays exactly the same as SF2:Turbo Ryu. BUT IN 4D. Except Great^5 Grandson Ryu's hair is a little longer.

Morrigan makes a guest appearance in SF32 too. Still has the same sprite, though.

Don't worry, Ryu is a hidden character in SF 16. To select him you stick your dick in the quarter slot.

Yeah. Putting the foreskin in is how you unlock Ken-5 is SF21 (yes, after having enough fans complain, Capcom will bring back Ken as a cyborg in SF8. Daigo's grandson, Diego Umehara, will kick ass with him and full-warp Chun's great^4 grandson, Chun Lee's, SA2).

Jeez you guys lay off the jokes, he's obviously new and wanted some info on SF4.
Well anyway, here's the info so far, there is no a create-a-fighter in the next Street Fighter, and it lets you make up your own moves and such. You can take your own pic and transfer it as your fighter's face. The whole cast is supposely new, no Ryu or Ken.

3D needs to stick to the FPS's and leave fighting games alone expically the street fighter we have all grown to love. Maybe it's easier to make 3d fighters than 2d's and that's why their taken to this route. :sad:

Can someone at least tell me (or if you must lie, tell me the opposite) for sure that Capcom USA has the rights to Street Fighter? If so, it makes it a lot easier to bother them about new games. Just imagine, a fighting game NOT geared only towards Japanese culture.
