Nah, but you could buy the soundtrack online for about ten bucks if you search Ebay. In the game, you only hear 1/2 of Ingrid's "Heat Haze" song. On the soundtrack you hear the song in it's entirety along with an instrumental.

I rarely play, but, when I do, I'll use any combination of Ryu, Zangief, Chun, Alex, Demitri, and Anakaris. I guess Ryu/Alex is my most common team.

other than that, a sequal is a must for this game and hope it improves greatly just like Devil May Cry 3.

Justin used Karin/Guy, Ricky used Karin/Urien.

The best match of the tournament was when Ricky's 10% Karin came back on Combofiend's 95% Yun after he hit Ricky with one of Yun's touch of death combos in the final round.

But other than that, not much hype during the SBO quals at all, I mean, the projection monitor went out halfway during the quals so noone could see wtf was going on, I watched through the whole thing though.

Finals were Sanford/Jeron vs Ricky/Justin, went down to the final game (Sanford's Hauzer vs Ricky's Karin,) and Ricky won. Sanford might have won if he knew that Hauzer could do double super to Karin or throw -> super, but then again, who plays this game? hehe

I posted teams on the TS5 results thread. But throughout the tornament Kindevu used 3 charactres, Karin/Urien or Jehda while Otaku played Kenji/Jehda and Bas played Karin I forgot his other character but he only used Karin.

Even though CFJ is in no way close to popular, I'll continue to support it. Me and Cole actually like it for the same reasons which is funny.

i play that game but nobody in NYC plays cept sanford and jeron so i don't get to play anybody cept at javi's house so when i play i pick ryu, zangief, kengi, rose, the octipus guy, bison ( i have the best), and urien.

I dunno, maybe one of them will have to switch chars. BAS was there as the SBO representative (had the prizes, the official papers, everything - ) and i don't think he mentioned anything.

BAS - Karin/? (I dont remember his 2nd char cause he only used Karin

Kindevu - Urien/Jedah I believe

Otaku - Kenji/Jedah.

I only got to play Otaku and BAS in the tournament. BAS didn't seem too strong, he didn't seem to play the game that much plus he hated it. Kindevu/Otaku however, were fuckign beastly as hell.

Pretty much the main "new" things I saw were Urien rushdown, and Kenji cannon crossup setups...there were quite a few i havent seen before (i dont play that char at all, so dont ask what they were)

I see why Daigo uses Urien now, he is really effective. FB spam is good, aegis setups are still good, cause aegis pushes you back into them instead of pushing them out, so if you can make them neutral flip back onto their feet (from a airborne move) or if they dont have a roll on wakeup, they're fucked. Charge tackle seems to have really really safe recovery, alot of the times Kindevu's Urien got tech hits after a blocked tackle, or he'd get temporal thunder super for free if you flinched.

Ricky did manage to beat Kindevu in winners bracket with standard Karin rushdown, but I don't know how Ricky lost to him in the losers (after eliminating BAS,) cause I didn't watch.

Finals were Kenji vs Urien, the main thing in that matchup is that Kenji is forced to block headbutt mid, so he can spaz it all day, especially when theyre getting up, so Kindevu would be rushing down with meaty UOH into headbutt alot on wakeup, or crouching strong to gain position to set himself up for throw games.

My god Alex is so much different from his 3S version. He moves faster overall, but its like the few good moves he had from Third Strike, they nuked.
