4/3 #srklive tournaments: CvS2/AE/3s Wrestlemania Sunday Event!

In celebration of a bajillion events going on this Sunday, including Wrestlemania 21 and the first major Yanks-Sox game...

...#srklive on EFnet will be holding three Xbox Live tournaments just like last week's Easter Sunday festivities. Last week we had a MAJOR turnout with over 27 different players showing up and it was pretty kick-ass. This Sunday should be no different.

Here is the rundown, all tournies are double elim:

6:00pm EST CvS2 Live tournament
7:30pm EST Hyper Street Fighter: The Anniversary Edition
9:00pm EST Street Fighter 3: Third strike


RULES:
All tournies: you must KEEP SAME TEAM/CHARACTER, GROOVE, AND ORDER if you win your match. This is just like a traditional double elim tourney so don't try to take advantage and switch it up if you win your match. If you lose you may change it up.

CvS2: no EO or custom grooves.

AE: no WW characters and no picking Akuma/Gouki

3s: No Gills allowed, cheaters

Also anyone found to be using Bittorrent during tourney play will be castrated immediately.

Steps to getting on #srklive:

1. Download the internet relay chat program MIRC.exe from a website. It's friggin free. One good site is www.oldversion.com

2. Pick a nick, sign on, and go onto any EFnet server. There are plenty.

3. Join the channel #srklive.

There's not much else to it. Sorry but theres really nowhere else we can properly run this tourney besides MIRC, we did this last week and it went perfectly.
