New Gaurd Judgement vs. Old: What's the difference?

I've noticed this option in the optimatch menu on live. What is the difference?

Old is how it was in the arcade, where it allows unblockables (like with Urien's Aegis), while new makes it so that there are no unblockables. Old is standard since that how it was in the arcade. People got used to using Urien's unblockable setups, and it's not like they broke the game or anything. I don't think I've seen more than one or two people create games with the new style.
