How long did that take to build?

Also, does it work with other Xbox fighting games like Guilty Gear X2 Reloaded or Capcom vs. SNK 2?

it works with the xbox / ps2 / ps1 / Gamecube / yes works for all fighting games only thing it doesnt have the thumb stick. the joystick act's like the D-pad. It has takin me about 1 month to make and it cost me about $110 total to make it.

I baught 2 pelican universal joysticks on Ebay for about $30 each for the circuit boards and then went to Sacramento Amusment company and baught the podium for $50 then wired it and contact paper and did all the holes my self.

works great for all fighting games so far. Next project is a 2nd modded xbox to put MAME on it and play all the OLD school games.

I just updated it with a modded xbox now (it wa modded by The Sapper from xbox-scene forums)

PRetty cool Idea, I thought about doing that. And then i decided to make a Mame PC Arcade cabinet, and then use my pelicans for my other consoles.
