I almost went crazy fighting Yun earlier today. I just need someone to give me some kind of fucking strategy against him because he is the only goddamn character I have a ridiculous amount of trouble with. I mean I'd rather fight Gill. For me Yun is like Blanka in Capcom vs SNK 2....I never figured out how to stop that bastard either.

With the exception of a few Yun players online most dont have a strong poking or zoning game. Most players will just abuse jumps and specials. I dont really have much trouble with Yun online, but I guess that comes down to the strengths and weaknesses of your game.
I guess strategies for fighting Yun online can be as straightforward as most of the Yuns players tactics.
Something I will point out is I dont think any online Yun has EVER parried in the air against me. You know they love to try to abuse the dive kick, so dont fret about anti airing them every time. Parrying is obviously also an option but I honestly dont even think there is a point online when you can just go by the above ^^
With practice parrying Yuns fullscreen specials is pretty easy. I find myself doing this all the time online. Someone mistake me if Im wrong but I dont think Yun has great vitality. Parry for good free damage if you can.
If Yuns cannot get in on you they usually love to random activate SA3. Parrying fullscreen SA3 specials is also pretty easy. If you manage to parry one and attack you'll find they dont have a great ammount of SA time left. Parrying the 123+p or 623+p moves isnt hard. You should definitely go for it rather than letting them try their blockstrings + grab setups on you. But, it is online so if the connection is fooked it isnt guaranteed.
Another thing worth learning is red parrying the final hit of Yuns target combo.
The majority of Yuns online will be stuffed if you can apply the above. I know I havent played everybody on XBL, but I cant remember seeing more than 3 or 4 good Yuns. Loads of people choose him, so this advice should at least come in handy I hope.

Thats some good advice. I've also noticed that many Yun's are so wrapped up in trying to pull of GJ that they forget you still have the option to stop blocking and retaliate. Many Yun's online activate and then spend most of the time on the ground because of this. Near the end of the GJ, throw them. They will try and wake up and finish the GJ, keep on dat azz sun.
Also, Yun does terrible against Shotos. Whenever they jump, you are probably pretty safe in pulling a late SRK. He also doesn't have a good get-up game at all. All you really have to worry about is wake-up f,d,df + KK ex. And, if you are ducking, it will miss. And, since most Yun players are going for GJ anyway, they won't waste meter on an EX that will hit only half the time. Thus, chances are, you are safe in staying on top of them.
And Yun, as KeelB4Me mentioned, doesn't have that great of stamina. Here is a major don't for Yun, but it goes for all of SF3. Don't be predictable. If you get parried by a Yun once and he has full meter, which they often will after a parry, you are basically fucked. Mix up your game like none-other against Yun.
Other than that, practice makes perfect.
I love fighting against Yun =) It makes the game go a LOT faster. Since I like rushdown, and when they pick SA3 they actually come after you (or just charge meter which doesn't take long.)
So basically:
· Their dive kicks are their weakness (as stated already.) Parry and Punish. Or just wakeup =P -whichever works.
· You really want to pick a character with a lot of hurt, (also stated earlier) Yun takes a LOT of damage.
· The biggest thing working against them is the SA3 itself =) They never expect you to counter or retaliate, and there are some of Yun's moves that you can counter right after. Right after a Yun chain xx Genei Jin activation, they can usually spam 2-3 hits before they lose distance (The get-you-up-in-the-air setup). Here you have a split second to either run away, or start your attack. That and if they do a UOH or Forward MK (OH) you can parry those and punish as well =)
The key to beating Yun is Offense. So stop being scared of SA3 and encouraging the scrubs to using Yun! We must stop this massive shift from Shoto -> Yun movement!
