Wow..I think I just clicked with the stick??

I adjusted the square (not sure what it's called the thing in the bottom of the joystick that hits the triggers) and all of the sudden I'm parrying low. In the air and such.

I also have a quick recovery combo and other stuff. It just seemed to happen? I can't explain it. I still won some lost some as usually but I seemed to have more command of my game. I played 4 great games with "Eightbit Gamer" and we tackling out tactics so much we even paused at one point in fight as if were both thinking about what to do next.

It actually became a chess match. It's a good feeling. I know I still have a very very long way to go become "good" but I'm happy that I seemed to have more control of my game now. Also being able to parry was nice. I have a lot of work in that.

Seems now my character choice has changed. I used to be a Sean, Ryu and Alex player....now I'm a Dudley, Ryu.....haven't choose my last guy yet.

Has it ever happen to you guys/gals?

Keep workin on it. The more you practice with the stick, the better your execution. I spent weeks in training mode perfecting short short super with shotos on my stick. Once you get the feel for it you'll start to improve.

Thanks for the support man. I've been really trying. My game has jumped a lot since I've been in these forums. I'm still scrubtastic as ever (shit.....I'll admit it..hehe) but I try my best. I played a lot of people on this forum so far and some killed me...some I actually one a round or match or two.

I'll never be comp. material but I'm a competitive shit and since I can't play Water Polo anymore (bad knees) this has become my outlet.

i think you just had an 3S breakthrough in thinking about the game! congrats. I hit that thought maybe sometime last year.

Now, speed that thought up alot... and you'll be solid. It is like a chess match, just really, really fast. Hope to play you sometime.
