The Magneto infinite and the Iron Man infinite are not truly infinites. At around 45 or so hits the opponent will spin out, and by hit 12 you are only doing 1 point on damage anyways. The 'infinites' in marvel are generally not 1 touch and you're dead. The exception to this would be the IM one, since he can link it to a PC and you'll probably die.

Genei Jin is also not an infinite. It's pretty much just a CC, and CC's end after a while - like the Marvel infinites. [With the exception of the Hulk infinite, something I have never seen before]

The game is fun. I think that's the point he's trying to convey. Depth, no? But there have been many a fun game without depth. I'm not sure about competition but it's online so there's probably some competition. Yeah, I also hated the fact that Robbie's whiny-ass had to survive. After all that "I WANNA FIGHT FOR THE GOOD OL' RED, WHITE, AND BLUE!" BS he spewed out (mind you, he wanted to fight UNARMED, like some kind of fuckin' superhero or something) despite the fact that the army was being SEVERELY overpowered, his bitch ass deserved to be flamed to hell.

The plotholes I noticed:

1) Most important: according to the intro (and later elaborated throughout the movie), the aliens have been studying us for MILLIONS OF YEARS, so they knew our way of thinking and living and were jealous and blah blah blah...but, oh, too much fuckin' hi-tech, yet no one with the brains enough to say: "Hey, these humans have some fucked up diseases! They could contaminate us with their bacteria!". So, a million-year research for nothing...I guess the mothership might not be too happy about it. And it was also kinda ghey how all the aliens "just died" all of a sudden. In one scene, you see Tom Cruise and his daughter barely surviving a capture from a pod...next scene, the aliens are dying. :wtf:

2) The lightning bolts disabled all electronic systems, yet there was this guy still using his handycam.

3) It appears that the mechanic living by Tom Cruise's house was the most brilliant in all NYC, because he was the only one who figured out the solenoid had burned out.

4) A plane fuckin' crashes in Tom's neighborhood, yet their mini-van IS STILL INTACT.

5) Why would the aliens scavenge a simple basement for humans not once, but TWICE? Maybe they convinced themselves that their research department was shitty, and had to double-check.

6) Aliens supposedly attacking Boston, yet Tom Cruise's ex-wife and her new family are like "Oh, we're chilling!"

All I wanna know is if they change the game, like take off the part where you can do a reversal in the middle of a combo, then it might totally change the views of the VF, Tekken and SC players. in terms of balance i agreed with you, but by other part you have the same tools as anybody in the game, so the thing is that theres no such thing as choose your favorite character cause maybe your fav. chac. maybe spiderman or maybe bison that i can say that sucks.
