Japanese GGXX players

I just need to get this off my mind.

I remember a discussion started after SBO about the winners. There was a guy someone mentioned that was like the Jwong of GGXX but he somehow always managed to kind of not perform well (I have no idea if thats what was actually said), kind of like BAS. A couple other names were mentioned as practically unbeatable. Also, what characters do these folks play?

Kaqn's pretty damn amazing as well. Last I checked his main was still Jam, although he plays some other characters extremely well.

kugler's list pretty much sums up all the top Japanese players for their respected characters. Some unknowns would be I-No (never seen a consistently good I-No player), and Chipp. MDR vanished from the face of the earth after P.C humiliated him two times in two different A-cho tournaments. :P

I really like Bucchi-GO!'s Potemkin. And I like Miu's Sol a /lot/ better than Daigo's. Especially after the Yamagata tournament where Daigo nearly got destroyed by two soso Slayers.

I like GNT's I-No. At least from the few vids I've seen of him. I also liked Yukinose's Anji in those series of matches he did against Shounen. That shit was entertaining as hell. :encore:

I don't know if kaqn uses Bridget but he won SBO1 for his team with Millia. He's been in every ggxx final for SBO, winning SBO1 and SBO3 and getting 2nd at SBO2. I'd say that he's pretty damn consistent and one of the best.

Kindebu is good, no doubt, but he gets rocked by the best of the best. Pachi beat him down pretty bad in finals... and he also got rocked by Daigo at Evo 2k4 in XX where Eddie is fucking near-unstoppable.

Then, it fights against some with the chipp, it talks with a strong person, and it has
heard it variously.

The OGAWA participated in 5on alone by Eddie, 20 people were knocked down, and
it won the championship.
Three people were knocked down in the final in a national athletic meeting
different from tougeki and it won the championship.
I see ..saying, the strongest now player of Japan is OGAWA.
And, he seems to be said, "OGANI -" the win.

And, height at the level of Japan was learnt.

Especially, Millia use, Chipp use, and woman's Bridget use was strong.

Kindevu is hella better than Daigo in #R. Your argument is invalid because Sol is way more broken in XX and Kindevu was playing #R style Eddie. And Pachi plays Faust who is more or less a counter character against Eddie. Kindevu is at least one of the top 3 Eddie players.

I still think Daigo's one of the strongest Sols in Japan. He has a very good "prediction" attribute (a.k.a. his psychicness) and his Sol is respectably solid. Not to mention the fact that GGXX#R specialists AND fighting game players are still somewhat "intimidated" by this guy (easy mind game advantage). This man was born for uppercut characters... unfortunately though, it seems like he prioritizes Capcom games (like 3S, ST, and even CFJ) more than GGXX#R.
