Well.. How should I say what I have in my fucking mind?
Ever since I started playing SF3rd on xbox live, I've never had
any lag free matches due to my damn DSL.
THEREFORE, I AM SO SORRY and APOLOGIZE IF ANY OF YOU GUYS WHO THINK -- "I DEFINITELY KNOW I HAVE BETTER SKILLS THAN SHIREN" --
has ever lost to me.

DAMN.....Why am I so upset ? I made this kind of reply so many times in the bad games thread that I can not even remember how many times I wrote it. So, I am writing this thing again as a new thread THIS TIME!

Whenever I play this game, I try my fucking best to win and to have fun at the same time even with my fucking lag. So, I use tactics which I think can be effective to any opponents I face.
You know what? I don't fucking feel that good if any of you guys think I use so called "lag tactics." WHY ? because I've never fucking had any chance to play this game offline, so I have no fucking ideas what those freaking lag tactics are "EVEN NOW"
I've been playing this game for only about 5 months and I still have lots of things to learn. For example, I couldn't do a single kara-throw although I practiced. Anyway... even today.. Rik complained that I used that fucking lag tatics... wow..
Was that the reason why you dropped ?? Wait a second....then WHY?? I mean... WHY THE HECK DO YOU GUYS STILL COME TO MY ROOM when you fucking know that you are gonna have no lag free matches and see me using those fucking lag tactics that I am not even aware of.

The other day, HunterSFL mentioned that I used too many shoryukens right after landing from jumps. Then this guys called me "trash" just because I used the tactics to win. The funny thing was that he was the one who added my name in his friend list, and he even said "I don't know why this kind of trash is in my friend list in first place" (something like this..)
Ok... I'll tell you the reason why I did that tactic you hated so much. It was because I thought the tactics were very effective on you. Why? you got hit by that shoryuken whenever I did it. I mean.. you were the one who coudln't get out of that tactic. Anyway, after some matches, "I" felt sorry for him because I kinda saw the lag was bothering him. So I left the room......and he still comes to my room again......what the heck?? I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS KIND OF ACTION !! (I am tired of emphasizing what I try to say.....)

Well.... I am gonna cancel this fucking DSL on Dec.22nd because I don't have to pay the ridiculous termination fee after that date. Then I am gonna get a CABLE MODEM so that I won't be called a "lag tactics" player. In conclusion, any people in this forum who think I get advantage of lag should never come to the room I create until the day I get a cable modem (or never).

As for the poor english, you gotta "understand" how hard a tiny brain Asian learns to use English ^^ Anyway, if you really think the tactics I used were ridiculous, I must admit that they are. It can be frustrating for people who are used to offline timing to get caught in some of your "lag traps" but hey it's Xbox live so what do you expect? All the regulars on live use lag to their advantage one way or another, whether they realize it or not. So don't feel bad.

I think if you're gonna play 3s on xbl you gotta be willing to adjust to different gameplans and connection issues.

Yes lag can be frustrating but calling people stupid or the likes
for catching your ass all the time with stuff that wouldn't be
as effective offline is pointless.

tactics players but IMO if it does not involve projectile tactics
and it is done repeatitively you should be able to answer those
tactics with something else.

However complaining about the connection is very valid as
you probably will miss teching a lot of throw attempts and
other stuff but guess what!... You opponent is probably also
struggeling with these issues.

People. You are not being asses by your opponent.
You are being assed by a connection issue which in most
cases isn't anyones fault but more likely something
ISP related or due to long distance connections.

If the connection is too bad just don't play instead.

The definition of lag tactic has been defined and posted repeatedly on this board and in this thread as well, so I won't bother. I hope the majority of xbl play isn't still like this....there's little enough incentive to log back in as it is :wasted:
To address Shiren directly, playing utterly to win on xbl 100% of the time is pointless, since by its very nature xbl is casual play even at its best, and unplayable even for that purpose at its worst.

shiren -- i got a chance to play you earlier tonight (i was bumming on lilac valkyrie's account) -- i must say, the impression that i got from the posts online by various people did not match the impression i got while playing you.

concerning your gameplay knowledge and skills, you're not a bad player at all. easily one of the most capable XBL players i've encountered. a lot of people complain about your "lag tactics", but i did not really notice any. that isn't to say i had a huge difficulty in playing against your makoto, but that's the nature of xblive and its enhancing to characters that require reaction timing. (her and urien stand out the most). blocking your high low mixups were hard enough, but adding on a command grab that CANNOT be jumped out of on reaction, makes your makoto a bonafide killer.

If you don't remember me, we faced one night going back and forth taunting each other in some very close matches really late at night East Coast time. The reason why I remember our matches the most is because we kept taunting each other after everything Ken vs Ken. I hope you didn't take anything to heart that night cause I sure didn't.

Either way, if people hate on you when you win, then always remember "You must be doing something right."

I switched sticks from the anniversary to the hori since it felt so much better at evo.
