Play Harmonaz, record matches and study the sheer variety of Demon set ups, Kara everythings and rush down tactics. Blame lag for the losses and then play him offline and accumulate the same amount of losses. If you let him control the game you're a gonner.

DarkTien beat Shiren's Gill using Akuma (search the BG thread for this). If you can even beat a half decent player's Gill (let alone Shiren's Gill) using Akuma then I will worship you.

Akuma isn't praactical in my opinion. Its his stun bar mainly and the fact that he takes damage like a bitch. Makato can own Akuma easily, and 2 of Ken's DPs are like you just took like 1/3 of your bar or so.
Every Akuma player that I've played treats the air fireball like if its a mixup that cannot be punished.
Like I tell some people about Akuma...Just rush that shit down, and watch out for the wake up DP.
There is nothing more amusing when an Akuma player wants me to exibit parry skills so they can land that jumping low hit, lol. 3 parrys + low parry, s.fp, dp XX SAIII :lol:

Depends on where you are in the states. Sometimes I get great/moderate connections, and sometimes they just flat out suck... How are your connections with people in New York? haha :pleased: I feel kinda satisfied that you could get some laughs from my post. :tup: By the way, speaking of darktien beating my Gill about several months ago, I gotta say something about this. I was still a noob at that time, but I worked so hard with every character to finally choose Gill. (It was really hard for me to win every match using characters that I am not even familiar with) I didn't even know how to use Gill efficiently when I got to play him(just knew the uppercut - head attacks). At first, I just chose Gill for fun after I had more than 10 matches with darktien. (I didn't even know choosing Gill was that lame thing for a player to do at that time... seriously)
Darktien beat my Gill so easily, and I got surprised. Then I chose Gill again to see whether his win was lucky shot or not. (Again... I didn't even know darktien's reputation or whatever.)
Later on, we played some matches again. I used my makoto and ken, and he used Akuma and some other characters. I think we had good matches. Anyway.. I don't even choose Gill anymore unless the opponent chooses him first (like Legenddroppa did)
So, I just want to forget about that terrible episode! and hope you guys forget it too!~

Well... I think Darktien and Hadoken3's Akuma are the best on live!

Does Lukesballs still play? He had a seriously nice Akuma with some great setups for whatever he wanted to hurt you with. It wouldnt hurt to send him a FR, if it gets accepted you'll at least know he signs on. He is in the US too so connection could be good.

Luuwat plays a nice Akuma too. But he isnt on at the moment, he really needs to fix his stick. Just do it man!

Harmonaz' Akuma is coming up fast, he really is better and better everytime we play. He's got his RD setups down, but the only thing is he goes for them every game!

Scoot has nice Akuma in anything Ive played him at. Cant go wrong by playing him.
