Well it's the same thing with lost right. As soon as they get off the island it's over. Lost seems to have way more story line than this though. But i guess we'll see how it turns out

I'm actually looking forward to all of Fox's lineup. I was watching the previews show with a friend and everything actually seemed good, except Reunion and one other show, looked like crap.

The show screams with potential. The writers were smart enough to leave many holes to make a plethora of plot twists. I love the tattoo blueprint idea. Even though I'm black I though the racist white prisoners using every other derogatory metaphor except "******" felt strangely unrealistic.:lol:

Now that i think of it though, i guess they do a good job in showing that he's getting into a world that he doesn't understand. IMO Oz is better then this show for a prison drama, I guess cause all it's showin is that usual white vs blackman shit you'll normally see in a prison movie or show [except oz]. I mean come on where are the other races at? Another down about this is, it seems like it won't last that long at all. I mean like ragetowardsrage said as soon as he breaks out it's over with. Though I'm gonna lay off a bit of the downs cause it is the first episode. So I'll going to have hope that this show will show more races in this show besides aireon vs blacks. I'd like to see the latins, irish, and asians as well. I liked the little attempted riot going on. Exspecially when that racist white fool's bitch got shanked and the main character was thought to be the killer. I have hope for this show, it may actually be good as oz was. It had a Oz type ending to it. Well see though in the future how this show progress.

this was a good follow up ep to last weeks....
although i wish they would have more "to be continued" eps ... the ones that leave you totally hanging...

random funny side story:
i have mondays night class.. today the teacher was keeping us behind ... and someone in my row blurbs out "screw thist, im gotta leave in 10 mins to watch prison break" ...

then my row plus some of the other people in the other row start talking about prison break ...it turns out everybody loves this show, but none of us knew that the rest of us watched it ...

what really surprised me was half of them were girls ... they watch garbage like the OC, laguna beach and shit ... they all started watching prison break cause they thought FISH "looked hot in the ads" ... shrug

all i know is i like FISh too .. but maybe not the same kind they're talking about .. lol .. gotta make sure stick with them ..

even though no one else wanted him to .. he was too much of a liability, he's a prison guard for crying out loud .. he's one of the "bad" guys ... FISH already had everything planed from the begining and it didn't involve a guard .. so why have more baggage? because of the riot, friggin POCKETS has to join them now and that's already enough

well we pretty much knew that the UNKNOWN PHONE DUDE wouldn't have killed him .. but instead JOHN DOE pulls a s groove style dodge to avoid the PIPE.
what bothered me was HOW he died ... ie the writers wouldn't even have him reveal a name ... or anything ... by having him die without saying anything leaves very little open for interpertation for the veiwers .. and thus the writers have less to play around with ..

IE he could've mentioned a name which JOHN DOE remembers .. then maybe in a later episode he over hears that name in a convo that italian mafia guy is having on the phone with another person ... or something to that effect....

According to this guide (http://epguides.com/PrisonBreak/), it's saying the same thing too, and that there's two more episodes before season 1 is over. I guess it would make sense that they didn't show the remaining season 1 episodes, because they didn't want the show to have conflict with 24 (at the time), which sucks because we had to wait four frickin' months to get to watch those episodes. Maybe I'm bitter about it but I could give a hoot about 24.

I don't think Lincoln is going to die. I mean, the whole damn premise of the show was to somehow free Lincoln and then clear his name, and if that wasn't the case then what the hell would be the point of the show? The main characters going against impossible odds, and the ways that they defeat them is what makes the show so damn interesting. That and maybe because we have a tendency to usually root for the underdog. If they kill off Lincoln then those two ideas can't really be carried out, and then the show wouldn't be so interesting anymore. What I guess I'm trying to point out is that the show is not so much as to what's going to happen next, but to how it is going to play out.

And also the fact that there has been too many damn plot twists that happened to save the main characters in countless situations that had seemed to be hopeless for them. So the impossible might happen.

From there, the story keeps developing.
AJ got arrested for trying to kill the secret agent guy.
Everyone seems to keep getting thrown in isolation.
Mike busted his hand up and acted crazy to get into psych ward to get Haywire(crazy guy who figured out Mikes tatoo was a map) to redraw the map again because a spot of it got burned off because they needed to find a new way out.

Basically, the begining of the season seemed to be a bit dragged out, but for some reason it gets better as it goes on. Yesterday's episode showed that things should be happening soon.

The only thing I see definately being picked up on next season will be the $5 mil. It provides T-Bag a goal the audience can get behind him on without him having to go about with the revenge deal. Since a number of people heard it, and Primo is obviously going blab it out, you got unknown enemies chasing after it as well.

The VP looks like she is going to either fake her death and go after the PB version of the Patriots or they kill her off. In any case, I am actually feeling the conspiracy less and less as time goes on.

During the escape, Schoefield set off the phych building alarm so all the patients would walk out and then they could blend in with the patients because of the bleached prison uniforms. Then they made their way through the building, skip ahead a bit, and it turned out that after the alarm went off, Haywire started following them. When they get to the infirmery(sp?), Haywire shows up with a walkie talkie and says that either he gets out or he calls the guard and blows the whole thing. So they agreed and he got out.

It starts off with the pope all pissed off and goes into scoefield's cell and finds the hole, mean while the crew is running as much as possible to reach the mafia guy's van.
Then when they get to it Mafia guy tells haywire to go find the keys, mafia man already had the keys with him so they ditch Haywire. Then while in the car the Dandy man's thinkin he's gonna get aced so he decides to handcuff himself with scoefield and eats the Key. When they try to drive further they see cops a few miles ahead blocking the road, so they ditch the van. When they do they decide to head for the plane that's coming soon fo them. Scoefield tells the snitch boy to go his own path, or else he'd tell the rest of the crew what he did.

Back to Haywire he somehow stumbles onto a open garage with a little girl, jacks the bike, puts on a football helmut and goes sorry to the lil girl while leavin with the bike.
Now the crew with 6 guys now realize their cornered so they go the fastest way as possible to the plane. Only thing they don't know is the plane peeps are starting to get worried with the cops comming so they start the plane up and try to leave.

Now back to the SnitchBoy, he seems like he's about to get caught but he some how sneaks into truck with horses in it that's heading for ST. Louis.

Now back to the crew, they manage to head for a garage as well to try to get scoefield and the dandyman's handcuffs unleashed, I forgot what they used first to get the cuffs off, but MAFIA MAN goes crazy and uses an AX cut's off dandy's man's arm in the process. So they decide to leave him since he's all in pain. Now with only 5 guys left in the crew all of them going as fast as possible for the plane. The plane's already starting up and everything, as soon as they get to the spot they see it flying and try to Wave so the pilots can hear them but they dont' and the plane goes off. The show ends with them Running in a grass field from the cops.

Oh also licoln's ex finally finds out where Terrance Steadman has been hiding at, and get this somehow that female vice president was able to take out the president. She was lucky she heard the news when she did cause she was about to drink some poison that her bosses set up for her.

I think that you missed out on the subtlety here.....they weren't setting poison up for her, she was setting the poison up for the president. The poison was to cause cardiac arrest, the President died from massive cardiac arrest, the show just made it look like the, then VP, was going to get taken out by focusing on the water bottle....

i beg to differ, at first he had a plan, but as soon as the first thing went wrong, the whole thing turned into Plan B after C..and so on. He was wingin it for a while, and thats what i really liked about the show. Nothing went super smooth, a lot of thought went into all this, just to have one guy come into the room and be like...."im in, or im telling"

But onto this finale, i hate that we have to wait forever to see the rest. This bothers me the most. It's really killing the second season for me to the point where I'm not enjoying the show anymore. It's OBVIOUS that the writers didn't expect Scoffield to reach Macgyver levels in intelligence. He's gotten to the point where he has pretty much beaten everyone mentally. So instead of just toning the intelligence back, they decide to throw someone in there who kinda surpasses Scoffield's mind. I say he surpasses him because he has broken all of the tattoo's secrets. Scoffield is nice but needs time to get shit done. This FBI agent pretty much gets it at first try.

I am trying really hard to enjoy the second season of Prison Break but the wirters are making it difficult. Oh, and Veronica's situation pissed me off more than it should.

Well he was Indian, so that makes him infinitely better than your average "American" vet.

I think Scofield is just being shown for not being as brilliant as he seemed in the first season. Last time he had all the time in the world create back up plans, half the time it was only luck that they worked.

The tattoo was based off a prison code, you would think the FBI wouldn't know about it, if a engineer/architect could find out about it. I mean all the clues he are getting aren't that hard, either.

I think the plan is now that they are out and all the other cons are doing their own thing and the heat is following them, Scofield's plans will end in failure a lot more often.

Personally I think the guy that ends up dead next week is either Tweener(snitch), Sucre or Haywire. Hoping for either Haywire or Tweener (is that the snitch's name?).

I beg to differ. It probably would have worked had they not had to abandon everything they left in the car. And it definitely would have worked if Scofield had time to actually plan it sufficiently. Rescuing LJ was a spur-of-the-moment plan with a LOT of risks.



As for the show as a whole, I think this was another good one, and thankfully they had fewer problems than the last one. I think I only noticed one, but it was so minor that I have already forgotten about it. It might have been the fact that the VET put on the hand so perfectly, but that's a whatever, I can accept that he was just a DAMN good vet.

One thing that is fucking with me though is that Lincoln didn't seem to be bleeding nearly as badly as when the FBI agent found the pool of blood on the ground.

And, while I like Sucre's character and C-note, now that they've all parted ways I'd be perfectly fine with those two dropping off the face of the planet and us never hearing from them again. Abruzzi, Tweener, and T-Bag though, that should be some good shit.

LS, only thing about the car that had "everything" in it, was like passports and shit, that's what I gathered.

And yes, if Scofield had had a month to plan, he could have broke out LJ, hell probably could have done it all in a day long as all the info was at his fingertips. Decent try though just from going off his brothers description, which was observed from a convict's view, and NOT from an architects....
