Yeah, Pierre's Urien is hardcore. But you have to give credit to Aruka's Ibuki. He handed RX his ass on a silver platter. That's a feat considering how strong of a Urien player he is. Pierre is da shit with Urien and has a sick Chun too. He still got wasted by Aruka's masterful Ibuki. He just has the sickest mix ups with her. Never know what he's gonna do next. TK SA1 all da way! :cool:

I just got home from the Virginia Tournament, and I'm greeted with a new RanBat. Fucking yes!! RanBat's are like the TV show you look forward to every week, if you play 3s.

I'm getting it now. I skimmed through the comments a bit, I accidentally spoiled the whole RX getting owned thing, but if you haven't noticed by now Aruka is a fucking god with Ibuki. I can't wait to see this shit.

I still think RX has better and more consistent execution with Urien than Pierre. Several times Pierre missed a follow-up shoulder tackle if I recall correctly. RX is also much sicker at parrying than Pierre.

That being said, Pierre is damn good too of course (didn't he use Remy in past ranbats?) and of course Aruka's Ibuki..... wow.

Pierre is a Urien/Chun player. Pierrot is the one that uses Remy (and is my personal favorite Remy player).

That's the misconception about Ibuki. Everyone believes she's just not worth using because they remember her being this extremely powerful top tier from the older SF3 games. Since she no longer plays like she does in the older games people just assumed that she's just not worth using. Bad defense (along the same lines as Twelve and Akuma), combos don't deal tremendous damage, doesn't have a real consistant super art (SA1 is her best and mainly for the EX...the super is just for chip damage and other random mess), and overall you have to be doing more thinking during the fight than your opponent. Especially against the higher tier characters.

Which is true but that doesn't mean she can't win matches/tournaments. Ibuki is still a very strong character and her mix up game has improved for the better in 3S. She may not be the combo powerhouse she was in the last two SF's or have decent defense (you wouldn't believe how good her defense was in the older SF games) but she still has the mix up games and ability to raise the stun bar quickly that make her a strong character still in the long run. She can give a lot of characters a hard time when played correctly.

There's a way around the godweapon site that allows you to download the vids to your harddrive. Just go to View - Source and scroll down until you see the file extension It will look something like this: /somthing/something/myvideos/orwhatever/Random3rdStrikeVid.mpg. Copy and paste that extension in front of Godweapon.net and you will magically be able to download it. Thanks to Shim Sang Joon for that, he taught me that trick a while back.

The only thing is, the god weapon vids are lower quality versions of other vids (especially the ranking battles). But they are still decent quality.

LOL cheap LOL!!! that shit isnt easy yo. And you suck to much to talk about anything. you couldnt even do a juggle let alone an aegis set up. Ive seen some serious sa1 uriens and sa2 uriens. RX uses them from time to time against certain characters and players. Urien is by far themore NONE cheap character in the game. (maybe online) but to use urien takes ALOT of skill in which you have none. :tup:

Best ranbat so far was the one w/ Pyro and Frankie. The crowd just went NUTS every five seconds! When u watch Aruka play it's more shock value than cheer value. My jaw is just "wtf" everytime I watch his Ibuki.
