dreambox help

finally got one cos I thought I could use my old dreamcast stick on it, but cant seem to map the black/white buttons from xbox to Z/C on the DC stick.

Only A,b.X and Y work. Anyone got a way round this or am I knackered? :tdown:

Raven, is that the DC Agetec stick youre talking about? If so how do you get it to work for the Xbox? I like the stick but the 2 far buttons to the right arent compatible through my magicbox.

I took the PCB out of my SF Anniversary stick (which was broke anyways) and wired it up to the DC Agtec. I don't have a back button, so no color edits (that and taunting sucks having to hit start + LK), but everything else works fine.

Im not sure and I wouldnt want to guess going by the DC stick.

This is a great stick, the price might shoot up tho they are highly sought after. Id get it myself if I had the funds.

Damn that Namco stick is ancient!

Sticks are a weird subject. I hear so much contradictory stuff about them...

From what I can gather though, Hori sticks are good, Sanwa parts are good, Happ parts are good.

Don't know about the Virtua Stick though, it doesn't look like it's based off of a Japanese or American arcade stick. It just looks like a weird cross between the two.

Alot of people had the Tekken 5 stick and modded- SF AE sticks at Evo so those are good too I guess.

cant really justify the price tag of a hori stick in my current state which is a shame, and Im too lazy/clueless to learn about modding.

ah well back to my m bison nubytech pad lol
