Has anyone played this guy? What characters does he use? Is he any good? Does anyone know anything about him at all? Has he always been ranked 1?

I doubt people will have played him because of the lag that comes from playing Japan and I've never seen him in OptiMatch anyway but he's been ranked 1 for what feels like forever, so I'm curious.

I have. The connection was unplayable but I could tell
that he really knows the game.

Ive beatin him 20-0, 20-0, 20-0 and 18-2. Ive played him many times with decent connection. He isnt that great, but hes not that bad.
