Sifu's UK Offline Gathering

Ok. Its this simple. If you live in London, the surrounding counties or in the uk, this is your chance to meet up with other online and offline peeps for a bit of mutual SF ownage.

Gatherings will mostly be at my place depending on how many peeps turn up. My place is quite large so it aint usally a problem. As i know most of the UK peeps already, think of this as an invitataion to the newcomers. Its gonna be regular so if you miss one, catch the next.

I do like to vary the games on offer and mabe throw in the odd tourney or three

My next gathering will most likely be the last saturday of this month depending on how much feedback i get.

So, those who have attended some of my previous events post up and let me know what you think.

Ok peeps! Slight change of plan. I hav to reschedule this meeting to the 8th of October, coz my woman just reminded me that im getting my tattoo started on the 24th.Its gonna take 2 weeks to complete so thats why there is the big gap.


On the plus side, it gives me a little more time to prepare and get more invites about. Im thinking of doing a bbq this time, any takers?

You are right, it will be hotter in NYC cause of global warming, Sifu's gathering is in october thats when it statrs getting a little chilly here, so naturaly this will be cooler. So any way if it gets too hot at the NYC gathering maybe you can pick up a battery powered fan and blow all the players before the matches or during, obviously don't blow the players you dont like but blow the players you do, this way they can stay cool and on top of things.

yeah we got home safely thanx, it was good playing against u lot, im gonna start practising on the ps2 pad cos since i picked that up iv fallen into control stick/pad limbo lol i missed ALOT of chances of pulling out a super when i dont normally do that :sad: i wanted to play a bit of cvs2 or fighting jam with u lot, hopefully next time we will, and ill bring my student too, he was spose to come but i didnt warn him on the date, to be honest i wasnt even gonna turn up it was a last minute thing, but vern was an excellent host and an excellent player :tup: the friend that came doesnt actually play fighting games that much anymore and he hardly listens to me on the advice i give him on third strike lol so yeah thats why he's a scrub
