DropKicks
Charge a either one of the Kicks, and then release
There are 4 levels of drop kick

lvl 1: 100 damage
lvl 2: 150 damage
lvl 3: 150 damage, the screen shakes and it juggles higher and has better combo follow ups
lvl 4: 250, screen shakes more violently, if it hits mid screen it will knock back full screen, in the corner is has better combo follow ups

The different levels are achieved by holding the the button down for longer durations with higher levels requiring longer periods of charge time respectively.

While the game simply has it written for the player that the kick must be charged for 24 seconds, I stead will provide a measurement using the "in game" clock which will help you know which level of drop kick you have after any arbitrary amount of time charging.

A very important thing to remember is that Drop Kicks can begin their charge before the match begins. By having the button pressed and held during the, "ready" & "go" portion of the fight, you will have a level 1 drop kick charged the moment the fight begins.

level 1 and level 2 have no important difference besides the damage, level 2, as far as I know, does not yield any better position or give better combo potential, for this reason I have not bothered deciphering it's charge timing.

Level 3 and 4 on the other hand are more important via their combo yeild.
We'll begin by considering the pregame charge timing and then discuss the time required to charge either kick from a starting point within the match.

From holding the kick before the beginning of the match using a "60 second clock" you will have a lvl 3 drop kick charged by 51 second. The timing is very precise and assuming an "in the middle of the second" release and not an instant... therefore 50 seconds would be the 100% guarantee.
From the same starting point of charge, Raiden will have a level 4 drop kick by 47 seconds, 46 for sure.

Now that we've discussed the pregame charge beginning point lets discuss a charge time which hypothetically beings mid match, for this example lets use the 50 second mark.
Level 3 drop kicks take 12~13 seconds of charge time and level 4 take 16~17.
If you begin charging at the 50 second mark, Raiden will have a level 3 drop kick by 38 seconds, 37 for sure
From the same starting point, Raiden will have a level 4 drop kick by 34 seconds, 33 for sure.

And I, the Great Dark Hero, would like to present: Mai Shiranui of KOF XIII

According to Dream Cancel, Mai Shiranui is... not quite the same as she was in her previous alliterations (KOF 2K2 for example). I wouldn't think so. Most players disregard her as simply fan service, though she is far more dangerous than most players make her out to be. As of KOF XIII, Mai is a really great character to play who ensures her spot in the mid-tier. Mai is pretty much a "less for more" character. This integration of Mai is based around her Fatal Fury appearance (I think this is kind of loose, because she is still missing QUITE a few moves. Like her reversals for example. But, then again, if she did have a reversal in this game in her move set, she'd probably be overpowered - She would be okay as she is, due to the nature of the game.
PROS:
Mai is probably one of the best (yet extremely underrated) battery characters. Mai's has exceptionally good normals and priority in general. The tools at Mai's disposal include a wall jump, air-throw, a good projectile, high priority normals, a B>D chain combo, fast movement, cross-up air.C, easy safe jumps, a air command move, and an alternate jump maneuver. Mai is a character made to play good keep-away, dominate the air, and the corner. All of Mai's EX moves set the opponent up for a juggle. Mai also has a ton of HD combo set-ups and arguably one of the best Neo Max's in the game because it has a really huge hit box, it does not scale that much, and it covers just about half a screen. She is the corner goddess of this game and it is really easy for Mai to do a lot of damage with just one stock or even one drive. Mai's her ground Musasabi no Mai can be used to get to places as it is quick and can easily catch the opponent off guard because there is no recover after the jump, unless there is a wall next to the opponent. The ground Musasabi can cover more ground or provide distance and the player can use her dive from her wall or cancel it into her j.d.B command move (which can also beat certain anti-airs). Last, she is one of the two characters (besides King) that perform a corner/mid-screen cross-up from a throw.
CONS:
Mai's jumping arcs are really tricky to adjust to, as she is easily exposed to anti-airs. Mai does not have an anti-air herself, though her st.A, st.C, j.CD, and her cr.C (yes, I said cr.C) can be utilized for that purpose. The majority of her special moves except for her Ryuenbuu or Kachosen are unsafe on guard. Despite having many methods of game play, Mai loses out if she is under too much pressure, so knowing how to use her normal and playing keep-away is imperative. Last, Mai does not do much damage from mid-screen at all so the player will have to either continue a keep-away game, or use her BnB's to drag their opponent into the corner and continue the assault. Mai needs meter to be operational so, she is a very nice battery character and (if you are extremely cautious with Mai) a decent anchor thanks to her Neo Max, corner juggles, and her strong normals.
Move Set:
* f.B = Overhead command move
*Tsubame Otoshi: Press b, d, or f + C/D nearby air borne opponents
* Dive Kick: Press df.B in mid-air.
* Saiha: QCB+A/C
* Yuri Chou Upper: DP+A or C
NOTE: A version Chou Upper has slight invincibility. C version DOES NOT.
* Raiouken: QCF+B or D (mid-air OKAY)
NOTE: In mid-air, B Raiouken stops her from move and drops her on the ground. D Raiouken still makes her travel forward during the jump.
* Ko Ou Ken: QCF+A or C
NOTE: C Ko Ou Ken has better recovery and slower start up. A version Ko Ou Ken has better start up but lower recovery.
* Hyakuretsu Binta: HCB+B or D
NOTE: B version is a one frame start up command grab. D version has Yuri run towards her opponent. It is possible to combo both of her normals into this move.
Houyoku: DP+B or D
Follow ups: A/C = air throw. B or D = Dive Kick. A or C

DM: Hien Hou' Kyaku: QCBHCF+B or D
NOTE: EX version has invincibility start up

DM: Haoh Shou Kou Ken: F,HCF+A or C

Neo Max: Haoh Raiouken (air OKAY)
At this point, most players are aware of Yuri's family members Ryo and Takuma consistently calling her out on her not being able to fight. The KOFXIII players would vehemently disagree. Yuri is a KOF character who has become very strong time around; she is a high tier character with plenty of tools to work her way to victory. Very combo friendly and she can get away with ton of play styles. To be specific, Yuri is a all around character with a air throw, dive kick, a short ranged projectile (Ko Ou Ken) that has a good hit box, a air projectile, command throw, a second jump, several anti-air possibilities, and a decent Neo Max. These are ideal tools that allow the players to do what needs to be done in order to win.
Yuri has a lot of ambiguous cross ups and very good resets for continuing her sweet mix-up game. Yuri also has many options in mid-air as well. While her damage output is very good, she can do much more damage with meter. A lot of her moves have invincibility properties which contributes to why she is very good in this game - she can even go straight through attacks with a few of her EX moves such as Kyo's Neo Max fire ball animation. When hitting your opponent with Yuri's normals, you notice that they appear rather short ranged and...weird. Regardless, Yuri still has plenty of meter-less punish combos and she can build meter quite easily. Yuri is a all around character who can play variety of roles on a team, such as utility (meter building), battery, anchor, rush down... and it is possible to play defensively but Yuri is not the best zoner due to her short ranged normals and projectile.

EX Genmuken (f+AC) has increased hitstun. It can be followed up with attacks like a heavy punch or light Juon Shikon (qcb+A).

Genmukyaku (f+K) can be canceled into DM's.

Juon Shikon's (qcb+P) frames have been tweaked. The light version comes out faster than before, so it's easier to use for strings and combos.

EX Shakijuuryuu (qcf+AC) is special-cancelable instead of Drive-cancelable.

Hiden: Juonshikonsou (hcb hcb+AC) damage has been increased from 400 to 448.

Genmuken (f+A) no longer has different properties when Drive-canceled (or HD-canceled) into. Previously, the Drive Cancel version was Drive-cancelable instead of special-cancelable, though it could still be canceled normally into Himoukyaku: Mae (qcf+K) or Himoukyaku: Ushiro (qcb+K).

Hey guys, just wanted to ask a few questions. See if I can get some answers to help me out a bit.

1. Are there any good tutorials regarding fight stick usage? I want to buy a fight stick solely to play KOF 13 on, and I have tried fight sticks before, and I can't seen to really get a good, solid feel for them. Does my time more on a controller make me more comfortable to it? Is moving to a fight stick from a controller a big change, or is it easily manageable?

2. I want to get a bit more competitive, so I was considering playing online more often, but a lot of people on this forum say that playing online is pointless? How come? Playing locally is more of a challenge, considering the fighting game fanatics here are more SF4 and MvC3 heads than anything else. So I thought online could help me brush up on my skills.

3. Advanced combos. Any tips for them? I guess the general answer would be "just practice", but I mean what do you guys do to take full advantage of your meter usage and perform advanced combos? I am watching a few matches online featuring Bala, since I love how he plays and he plays Takuma expertly(Takuma being my favorite character), and I am just amazed at how flawlessly he can execute Takuma's combos. When I try... well... I suck. xD. But yeah. Any tips?

looking up KOF streams i've noticed a number of Top SF players who main SSF4 (of course) play KOF secondarily (and in Justin Wong's case it may even be his least favorite or at least least prioritized) and a lot of them do good.. really good but if you've seen them who do you think is the Best?

Here's my list

1. CCG Air (Ryu in SF, Saiki/EX Kyo/??? in KOF XIII) of all the Top SF Players he IMO is the best since he actually won a KOF Tournament.

2. Tokido (Akuma in SF, Mr. Karate/Hwa Jai/Claw Iori in KOF XIII) he translates most of what he does with Akuma in SF into his Mr. Karate [principles in offense not moves per se] and has a real Good Hwa, he is consistently good at tourneys and seems to take the game almost as serious as SF

3. Justin Wong (Rufus in SF, King, Mr. Karate, Athena in KOF XIII) Justin Wong as Faced them all from the likes of Daigo, Gamerbee, Ricky Ortiz, John Choi, Alex Valle to the likes of Bala [and has beaten him on one occasion], The Answer, Romance, he is the proof that you don't always have to "play kof" to play KOF, his defensive principles are translated faithfully from an SF players general strategem and they make it work, though again out of the gazillions of FGs Justin play, this is probably his last.

4. Poongko (??? in SF and KOF XIII) I Heard this main SF player also played KOF but i have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever..

Anyway I noticed that Top SF players can more easily translate into good KOF players but i don't know any top KOFer being in a similar position in SF.. I might be wrong though but it does't really matter anyway.

Shame we'll never see Bala vs Daigo :(

Full disclosure: I am not a Clark god and this is a work in progress guide. All of this info has been tested and is effective unless otherwise noted. If you notice any mistakes, bum strategy, whatever, politely point it out and I will correct the error.

*Note: I do not have an HD capture card, so any pics for reference are taken from other youtube sources.

What's needed: Frame data, and screenshots and video for example

Introduction to KOF 13's Clark and his true origins:

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away Clark was in one of SNK's breakout arcade games Ikari Warriors along with his brother Ralf. They were your typical Rambo characters in a top down shooter with a unique 8 way shooting and movement mechanic that came after Robotron and Capcom's Commando but before the more popular Smash TV. Flash foward to 1994 and SNK unleashes the King of Fighters franchise on arcades the world over. Clark, Ralf, and eventually two new characters Leona (their, uhm, comrade) and Heidern (their commander) have been an ongoing team up in the franchise. Clark has been consistently considered one of the best grapplers in the franchise, usually around high-mid tier status. The last KOF game using traditional sprites was KOFXI that came out in 2005.

In 1997 Capcom released Street Fighter 3: The New Generation. It could best be described as a failed experiment. But it introduced a new lead character to the franchise; Alex. A hybrid grappler character hailing from Brooklyn NY. Flash forward to 1999 and Capcom releases Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike. The high learning curve and death of the local arcade resulted in a lacklustre performance for the game in arcades but it remains extremely popular in Japan and eventually becomes one of the most renowned fighters ever made by the FGC despite tier lists. Alex is considered a low tier character due to his lack of footsie game, bad supers, and having a 7-3 matchup against the 'top tier' character Chun Li.

In 2004 Capcom releases what is to be the last fighting game developed internally at their studios Capcom Fighting Jam. It is the first fighting game produced by Yoshinori Ono who would later go on with much debated success with the Street Fighter 4 franchise. Capcom Fighting Jam was a financial dissapointment and was the last game developed by Capcom's fighting game division until Capcom began outsourcing their fighting games starting in 2008.

In 2009 the now SNKP following the mild success of their previous fighting games and sensing the fighting game market expanding following the release of Street Fighter 4 decide to to make a KOF game to compete with the high production quality of SF4. The result was KOF12, a game dismissed by the fans for being too different from the other games and having a buggy and lacklustre home port. Clark was among the returning characters but to fans was seen as being largley incomplete and was a bottom tier character.

But a legend was waiting to be reborn...

In the year 2010 SNKP releases KOF13 to arcades. The game is a success but fans were frustrated by the game's balance. In the year 2011 the game is finally released to console with balance changes and it is there that a miraculous fusion had occured.

The similar but different characters of Clark from KOF and Alex from 3S had merged. How this happened no one knows, but one suggests it was similar to how Jason was reborn in Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (AKA Friday the 13th Part 9).

Spoiler:

Regardless, players of either character will come to find Clark in KOF 13 to be all too familar but possessing tools that alter either character's game and improve upon them. I propose that Clark in KOF13 should be regarded as Alex Clark.

Alex similarities:

s.D is exactly like Alex's s.MK.
Clark has almost the same exact tick throw setups as Alex.
Clark's Gatlin' being very similar to Alex's Shoulder. EX Gatlin' can go through projectiles and can punish Sweeps. Alex's EX Shoulder was excellent at punishing sweeps.
Clark's air grab could be argued as being a buffed Air Knee Smash.
Clark's EX SAB has similar range to Alex's LP Powerbomb.
Similar wakeup game pressure.

Normals and properties

Frame data fourth coming

st.A: hits mid. cr.A: hits mid.
j.A: Will overhead. One of Clark's best jump ins. Works best as a hop, like all of his jump ins it has plenty of hitstun and can comboed into anything. It's fast enough to counter a lot of air-to-air attacks and will beat or trade AA normals like Billy's cr.C.

Downfoward A: Pretty worthless. Too slow to use as an AA, can be comboed from a close C or D.

Commentary: st.A is one of Clark's best AA's.

st.B: hits mid, deceptive range. cr.B: hits low
j.B: Will overhead. Good air-to-air. Better used when hopping. Harder to time as a jump in to combo.

Commentary: st.B is a very good poke by Clark, if it hits he can combo into anything. You can also combo into cl.C or even cl.D but it's a one frame link and it has to be done close, if you double tap either C or D it seems to combo more frequently. What's important is that st.B can be used to frame trap. More on this later. cr.B is a good low, can be comboed into SAB or into A if close enough. Will also catch them if they do an early jump in attack that whiffs such as for example Billy's j.C.

st.C: hits mid, good poke, will whiff on crouchers, AA capabilities, easy Hyper Drive cancel into Hyper Drive mode. cr.C: still hits mid can be comboed into D SAB or either Gatlin' if done close. If not can only combo with EX Gatlin' or do Hyper Drive mode. cl.C hits mid, if it hits twice can only follow through with Vulcan or cancel into Hyper Drive mode.
j.C: Will overhead. Has startup and is difficult to land with hop C unless done early.

Commentary: St. C is just like Clark's s.C from previous KOF's. A very good poke. Easy Hyper Drive mode cancel at any range unlike st.D which has to be done a little closer. cl.C can be cancelled after the first hit into either special or downfoward A and their either special. cr.C will AA certain jump in, see Footsies section.

st.D: hits mid, slight AA capabilities, can cancel Hyper Drive mode but not so easily at the maximum range st.D will hit. cr.D: A sweep. Hits low, very fast, safe on block, can cancel into either special such as Gatlin' but is unsafe. cl.D: hits mid, can be comobed into anything.
j.D: Hits mid, will whiff lows. Another very good air-to-air attack, usefull at his midrange game, very quick to come out, beats tons of good air-to-air attacks.. Hop D will AA except character specific jump ins.

Commentary: st.D is remarkably similar to Alex's s.MK in 3S. It's a very good poke, perfect if you think they're going to try hit you low and if you're close enough (show example) can easily activate Hyper Drive mode to do massive damage. As a cl.D it's a good meaty, does slightly less damage then doing s.C and then downfoward A and combo from there, but if you have difficulty doing that combo, cl.D is an alternative and if they AB Roll away it should catch them unlike st.C.

CD: Will AA but it's very slow and difficult to use it on reaction. j.CD is decent but is slow enough to lose out to numerous other Air-to-air attacks. On block Clark can use Step (Toward + BD) afterwards and either do B SAB or jump. CD into Step is more or less a gimmick and has ways of being countered if you're predictable. His standing CD is invincible to low attacks and Clark is considered airborne, much like Hwa's standing CD.

Specials

Gatlin' Attack:

A Gatlin': No invcibility, good AA (more in strategy section) decent combo options (see combo section)

C Gatlin': Linkable only through C or D normals, can only be followed up with grab (QCF+A or C) towards the end of the Gatlin'. Can only corner combo. Only usefull in Hyperdrive combos.

EX Gatlin': Goes through all projectiles (including Super projectiles), range is roughly half screen distance. Not invincibile but high chance it will trade.

Death Lake Drive followup: Followup grab, can only be done after C or EX Gatlin'.

Vulcan:

(Startup frames) A and C version have same properties. Can be punished on block with fast EX or Supers/Neomax. EX Version is completely safe on block, difficult to combo into EX version as a block string unless opponent in corner.

SAB (Super Argentine Backbreaker):

D SAB: 1 frame grab.

B SAB: Slower (frames). Has autoguard. Allows for traditional Capcom-style tick throws and Yomi.

EX SAB: 1 Frame grab. Improved range. Pic shows range for EX SAB.

Spoiler:

can be drive cancelled into either Grab Super or Neomax.

Jump Grab:

1 frame startup. Jump and toward or away and C. Leads to hard knock down.

Step:

Unsafe. Best used after s.CD or if opponent is hit by Sweep (cr.D) see Footsie section.

Super:

Ultra Argentine Backbreaker -can also be EX'd-: Either version is not invincible.

Neomax:

Ultra Clark Buster. Blockable. 450 Damage.

I was doing Athena's level 5 trial, and one of the inputs requires you to drive cancel her DP into an EX fireball, done so that you get the launch from the DP, but immediately cancel it and shoot the fireball. Is there some sort of good way to do this consistently? I can get it maybe 1/5 times with the regular input of: forward down forward lightpunch, immediately down back (more of a half circle back) and hit light punch and heavy punch at the same time.

Is there a shortcut to do this? Can I hit light punch to do the DP, keep it pressed, and then hit heavy punch when I need to do my ex? It also might help if someone explained the mechanics of drive cancelling because the game itself does a very poor job. This is my first KOF game btw, brand new but determined to learn. Any help much appreciated.

No idea if/when these games will be released. (Final Fantasy 7 PC version has been in the steam app database since 2011 when Square and Eidos merged) but it gives hope for a official PC port of these games. This is especially a good thing for KOF13 since the only way to play it is to emulate the Taito X2 board and play the far out of date dump of the original KOF13 (before EX Iori and all the other balance changes from the console port) and that can't even be played online.

Dream Cancel Wiki Entry
Dream Cancel Character Thread
SRK Wiki Entry

It seems Robert gets no love. I hear he's seen rather often online, but I never play online so I wouldn't really know about that. Also, there's quite a glaring error in both wikis (since corrected), in that they both state that Robert's B Hien Shipuukyaku cannot be Drive Canceled. It can, and is quite useful. It's even stranger considering that there's a combo in the SRK wiki that uses a drive canceled B Hien Shipuukyaku. (I've since fixed the SRK wiki entry.)

These are some of the combos that I use or that I don't see listed in the SRK or DC wikis. I think I'll try to make a video of them (shakeycam, lol)

Wall-to-Wall Corner Carry | HD + 1/2/3 Meter (699/755/856 Damage)

Spoiler:

2/3 Meter Combo

cl.C, f.B, (HD), cl.C, f.B xx dp+C (DC) qcb+BD, Forward Dash, dp+A (DC) qcf+A, [db]~f+D (DC) qcb+D, dp+C (DC) qcf+A, dp+C xx fbf+B/D or qcfhcb+A/C or qcfhcb+BD.

Notes: This combo won't work too close to the corner due to the fireball after the 1st dp+A whiffing, one can substitute dp.C instead, and substitute [db]~f+B for the followup. Will do slightly less damage. I use in situations when I don't want to risk messing up Robert's more finicky HDs, or if I just need the corner carry. In terms of execution, I think it's Robert's easiest HD combo outside of his minimalist DM to NM HD Combos and easier than the wall carry combo using [db]~f+BD in the wiki. The difference between this and the corner carry combo in the wiki is that those won't work from the absolute furthest point away from the corner.

Mid-screen, works from 55% away all the way to corner | HD + 0/1/2 Meter (665/721/822 Damage)

cl.C, f.B, (HD), cl.C, f.B xx dp+C (DC) qcb+D, [db]~f+B (DC) qcb+D, dp+C (DC) qcf+A, dp+A (DC) qcb+D (whiff), dp+C (DC) qcf+A, dp+C xx fbf+B/D or qcfhcb+A/C or qcfhcb+BD

Notes: You can start this combo farther away from the corner then the one listed in the wiki, which goes directly from qcb+D to dp+C (DC) qcf+C. Also does slightly more damage. If one is having issues getting the last DP out however, you could just omit it and go into NeoMAX off of the last fireball.

Corner only. | 1 Drive 1 Meter

(jump-in), cl.C, f.B xx dp+C (DC) qcb+D, qcfhcb+A/C

Notes: Tough to time qcb+D correctly, probably Robert's most damaging combo for 1 meter and 1 drive off of a jump-in. Without the jump-in, dp.C (DC) qcb+BD, qcf+A, dp+C actually does slightly more damage. The little bit of extra damage probably isn't worth the increase in difficulty, but hey, if you can do it consistently...

50% Away from/up to the Corner | 1 Drive 2 Meters (525 Damage]

cl.C, f.B, dp+C (DC) qcb+BD, [db]~f+BD, qcf+A, dp+C

Notes: Leaves Robert with more drive and meter than if one used dp+C (DC) qcb+D, qcfhcb+AC. When a jump-in in used, this combo does about 10 less damage than dp+C (DC) qcb+D, qcfhcb+AC, while without a jump-in the damage difference is negligible.

Did it have to do with his lack of sticking to one starter? I noticed that MadKOF kept Duo Lon as his starter the whole match, while Bala kept alternating. Reading comments online, a lot of people stated that that was the reason for Bala's loss. At this level of play, he shouldn't be doing that. He kept trying to play "matchup characters" instead of actually just sticking to one starter and playing with it.

Was that the case? I mean, it seems like overall, Bala is the better player, since he is versatile with different characters, but MadKOF, on a technical standpoint, had a stronger game than Bala did. MadKOF had his strategy and kept to it. He kept to a team. Bala was unsure of his decisions and kept mixing and matching his team.

I just want to get some clarification on what actually happened and why Bala lost. Was him switching starters the reason he lost? Or was he just outplayed?

Recently got internet again and tried the online functions for the first time....can't say that I was honestly satisfied. Took forever to get into a match and the best match I got were a couple of 2 bar matches that lagged even on the character select screen. Couldn't even anti-air on reaction and got jump B to death and just forget about doing any sort of combos I practiced XD. It's like a totally different game online.

ANYWAY(sorry for getting sidetracked), I was wondering if there were any players in or very close to Michigan that'd like to play online sometime. Hopefully being closer will result in less lag so we can actually have fun while playing. PSN ID is artboy_598

Sup yall.

So, I'm gonna be picking this game up later today. After playing 2002 on GGPO for a while now I'm really wanting to get into KOF and start getting good at it. I own KOF 98 and 2002, but I rarely EVER play them so XIII will pretty much be my first KOF expirience.

All that considered, I just have a few questions as a newcomer to the series.

1.Do people usually do 1v1 or 3v3? I'm guessing 3v3.

2. Out of the KOF games that I have available to me (98 and 2002), which of those two would be best to practice in when I can't play XIII? Or would my knowledge in either or really even help me in XIII to begin with?

3.What's the scene/community feel like on XIII? Do most dislike it or do most find it enjoyable? Which KOF do most people consider to be the best?

4.How populated is the online for Xbox players?

5.Is there anything I should know about the system mechanics that are like, drastically different from other fighters? My main game is Street Fighter so that's where most of my knowledge is grounded in.

6.Any other general tips you guys think I might need to know would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone! Repp4 here! It's been a while since i've posted on SRK but recently i finished an article that i had been working on for a bit. Entitled "After The Dust Settles" it examines why so many non-Capcom games get pushed aside and fade into obscurity while the Capcom games remain King of the Hill. The first entry deals with my favorite non-Capcom fighter, The King of Fighters XIII.

The article is a bit long winded but i would really appreciate some feedback from you guys.

Thanks in advance!

(EDIT) Apparentely SRK won't let me post something with more than 20,000 characters... -___-
So instead i've posted a link to a different forum i frequent which allowed me to post it. Sorry for the inconvenience but i hope you guys still give it a look. Thanks again.

Once again, we’re here to brighten your Monday with the weekly update on incoming Plus content this week. So far in October, NFL Blitz joined the Instant Game Collection and Plus members received some discounts on Alex Kidd and Spelunker. This week, please join us in thanking our friends at Atlus for delivering the legendary King of Fighters XIII, free for Plus members! These updates will take effect with the October 9th (that’s tomorrow!) PlayStation Store update.

King of Fighters XIII captured the attention of the fighting game community at this year’s amazingly salty EVO 2012 fighting game tournament. That said, we’re happy to get this deep fighter in to the hands of Plus members everywhere! With tons of play modes, a refined, faster paced engine, over 30 beautifully rendered and animated characters, all with great online play; this is one fighter you won’t want to miss. You’ll also find select Add-ons, including extra characters Mr. Karate, on sale for 30% off the PSN sale price, which is 50% off the regular store price. If you want to see how crazy the game can get, check out the final match in this year’s tournament. Epic stuff.

I had only been an observer of this game, but since its free I might as well dip my feet into it and see how hard it really is to play this game. As a note for those not familiar with PS+, as long as you remain subscribed you retain the rights to all games you download through the service. So the game remains free as long as you stay a PS+ member.
