- Where can/should I buy it?

- Does the Super screen freeze take up any frames?

General Questions:

- How much does the anti-infinite system effect combos? Is it noticable?
At E3 the proration caused people to drop out of the middle of beam hypers. This has not been observed since.
- Does :e: cancel comand normals?
Yes
- Does :e: also launch airbourne oponents?

- How effective is going straight up in flight mode, what happens?


Assist/Tagging Questions:

The first one immediately dissipates, unless you use a KFC
- How does his 'creator/destructor' ability work?
motion with :snka: or :snkb: are used to charge hands, and each hand can be charged up to 3 times. :snkc: releases all the charges, you can't do a partial release.
- How does the assist 'Liberation' work?
Exactly like :snkc:. It uses your charges and gives the appropriate effect.
- Can you hold more than 3 creator/destructor charges? What happens if you add a fourth?
Does 'dark hole' eat Hopscotch and Peekaboo (trish's traps?) how does it interact with Sparda/Lasers?

Felicia

- Under what circumstances is 'cat spike' overhead? Under what circumstances does it give a bounce?
- Does she have her special throw?
Yes

Hulk

- What moves of his have Super armor?
Standing :snkc:, sometimes gamma charge

Iron Man

- Does he have an effective Tridash?

Signs point to no

M.O.D.O.K.
- Is the size or duration of his Aegis linked to attack power, or Analyze level, or both?
Aegis is a command normal :snkc: or :e:, and if you have at least one level of understanding, the :e: version consumes it to make the large version. The large version also is tougher and has greater duration than the normal version.
- What is his taunt, specifically can it be his victory laugh? (Not a gameplay question, but hell. MODOK gets special rights!)
- Once and for all, can he block?
Yes

Morrigan

- Finishing shower: How much chip does it do? Also is it aimable, and safe (esp. in the air)?
Aimable and Comboable, pretty safe.
- Can you cancel into her Darkforce Mid-combo effectively?

Ryu
- Can you tiger knee his air Shinkuu for AHBV style?
Reports are mixed. You can't double it like AHVB.

She-Hulk

- Is her 'stun move' a throw? Is the stun mashable?
Yes, and No
- Do any of her moves get super armor?
- Is Her level 3 (sunday driver) a throw? Is it 0 frame?

- Under what circumstances do his eyeballs explode?

No, it appears to be AA only.
- Can you combo out of the Wall bounce after Crawler Assault?

- Does the "Gaia" Hyper OTG?

I can answer some of these. I'll be at London MCM Expo at the end of October so I'll get my next time with the game then, at which point I'll do my best to answer any questions that are unanswered. Hopefully we'll have the (theoretical) TGS build, or maybe a newer build it's self.

I mean that the window between using the assist (I assume on negative edge) and you tagging out, is large enough so that you have room for error, incase you accidentally hold the button for too long and tag by mistake. However, the hold for tag doesn't feel as long as you might think, it just feels, a bit laggy.

That's probably for the best IMO since it allows for a relatively fast switch. Ppeople would just get used to tapping assist button for assist and never holding it.

Well things will tend to change when the actual game comes out, but they could just go with the most damaging combo they could find. Testing it out on the same character so that they only have one health bar to concentrate on.

236A - He pulls out a laser gun and plants a pink particle on the screen which homes in on the opponent. It can be charged for more particles and directions can be held to choose a position in which the particles will be placed.

236A > 236A - He cancels 236A and thrusts his laser gun in the air, firing a pink beam which shoots up and rains down on top of him.

236B - He summons a wall of ice that shoots out in front of him.

236B > 236B - He cancels 236B and summons ice surrounding him self in an iceberg.

236C - He pulls out a gun and fires many homing rockets at the opponent.

236C > 236C - He cancels 236C and pulls out a harpoon gun, which shoots across the screen and grabs the opponent , pulling them towards him (Tekkaman style).

623A - He surrounds him self in a swirling blaze of fire.

623B - Jumps in the air and pounds the ground with his sword sending a small shockwave out infront of him.

623C - He summons a shock of lightning which explodes and shoots up the screen (CapCom Corridoor style).

214A - He pulls out an electrified guitar and sholder barges the opponent.

214B - He twirls around in the air spinning his sword, bouncing the opponent of the ground.

214C - He rushes across the screen and connects with the opponent, swirling his sword in a blaze of fire.

J236A - He shoots downforward and stabs the opponent (like a dive kick) bouncing the opponent off the ground.

J236B - He summons a grav like projectile which he shoots down forward, can be charged for a larger projectile.

J236C - He twirls around in a blaze of fire and pulls the opponent to the ground.

[E] - He cancels his launcher and sends a shockwave that travels across the screen.

22E - He teleports and re-appears in the air behind the opponent.

623E - Does a front flip in the air towards the opponent.

236A+B - He pulls out his guns and fires a barrage of bullets at the opponent.

Most of those we know: She can do one of each type, they DO dissipate when she is hit (but interestingly, not when a different point is hit), and they're blockable.

didn't think xfactor just being active let you cancel hypers, so thats what I ended up putting on my list ;)

Isn't the Dante combo just about that? Like launch, series, ground, hyper, KFC, launch, ground, hyper or something?

Edit, oh you don't even relaunch, just do hyper>kfc>special>hyper on the ground.

no its launch shit then Ifrit brings em down into hypes then KFC then hyper. No special needed iirc

Damage seems pretty low on them, best use is a relatively safe meterless tag IMO

It's not clear, nobody ever does it in play, and it varies from person to person in the demo videos. Joe famously doesn't lose his red, but I think Chris actually does in one of the other Joe videos.

Edit: added, also looked it up, it looks like he was putting a qcb+c (mash) in to generate enough meter to do the second hyper.

Can you maybe buffer tagging in? Like holding Assist during a Shinkuu Hadoken so your other character jumps in as soon as the supers over?
And for heaven's sake, can we not call X Factor "KFC"?

X-Factor isnt KFC. X-Factor Cancel is though

Hey. It was XFC but the general consensus says KFC stays. Go with the flow (No Queens of the Stone Age) And you'll have a more joyful experience.
