Can anyone suggest some good fans to put in a cab? I'm going to be running a PS3 Slim inside mine and want that sucker ice cold.

Any decent 120mm case fan should work. At first I had Antecs in my cab, before I decided I wanted the color of the fans to match my accent color.

Yeah I was checking up on you cab earlier; plus shae's and the dude with the yellow vewlix.
Just need to figure out how many and if I can wire them up to my salvaged dell power supply.

What kind of 32" TVs are people putting in the v4 these days? All the TVs in the http://shoryuken.com/forum/index.php?threads/sub-1-frame-hdtv-monitor-input-lag-database.145141/ thread are old and pretty much impossible to find... Any suggestions?

The Antecs are PERFECT! Great build. Great company. I went with Silenx because of the color. But I was gonna go with the Smart Cool Antecs. As for the LEDs they're VERY COOL! But they didn't work with my color scheme. As for the PSU...you DON'T need it unless your gonna use it to wire any additional gear. They make Molex to AC adapters you can pick up for like $10. You shouldn't need more fans than the pre-cut holes for them. I'm using a rackmount power amp (I had lying around) which get VERY hot. Think semi pro-audio gear...and I'm fine with 2. I never hear the fans on either....even with the TV sound on ONLY. I hope this helps.
Mine is similar to this...I can't find the exact link. If you need it I can get it. Watch out with this...they can be UGLY long connected power bricks. Use the wallwart takes up extra space...maybe a valuable outlet, I just grab a power strip and an AC extension.

Yes, this is the exact solution I was looking for! I was about to grab a new Antec power supply for about $45 since after cleaning out the dell's power supply I realized it was on the brink of failure; but these adapters will do the job beautifully. Thanks for the heads up.

So Kinko's has vinyl? Do i just say can i have this printed out on vynyl, how much did it cost?
aminthemachine, post: 6989877, member: 63734 wrote:
I live in Houston, TX and all of our Kinkos are now Fed Ex Print offices. Pretty much the same thing but yeah you just tell them you want it printed to scale on vinyl. I believe for me it was $12 a foot and total it was about 3-3.5 feet. I went about an hour before they closed and made conversation with the female employee since it took awhile for my gigantic psd file to open up. She ended just charging me for 1 foot and told me to comeback at night whenever I need anything else printed. So if you get hooked up awesome, if not it will cost around $36-45 for marquee, cp, and movelist.

Anyone have a clue about HDMI to VGA adapters/converters/splitters? I want to re-purpose my old dell flat monitor as a spectator screen on the marquee of the arcade cab but I it's VGA only. So I need the HDMI from the PS3 to go to both the HDMI main screen and the VGA spectator screen. Suggestions, scowls? Let me know what you know, thanks in advance.

Firefold makes a good product. I've been using their switch for some time.

Definitely go with a powered HDMI splitter, send 1 hdmi to the cabinet, and send the other through an HDMI>VGA converter to your Dell
Pretty pricey buying all those converters to be able to use your dell monitor, if you had a 360 you could just get a 360 VGA cable and VGA splitter. PS3 probably has a VGA cable one too.
$50 is a little pricey, I use this one that I got for $30
And mono price always has great prices

By the way, does anyone know of a way to have your control panel hooked up to multiple consoles at once without having to constantly unplug and plug USB's when switching. I have an Xbox and PC in my Kraylix. Hope someone knows of a solution.

So i have mine on the way. A question for people who have one. I'm thinking of running a PC in it as well. Does anyone use both a system and a PC in theirs. If so how so you switch between the 2. Also what tv are you running. I was thinking of getting this vizio since it has the vga port on it already
