posted this here, since thread dedicated to "korean sticks" is like dead, discussions seem active only on store threads eg Etokki, PA or FA for example.
Maybe someone with the knowledge and insight should take the initiative, and cobble together a new Korean stick thread with a easy to follow guide or FAQ.

I would do it myself, but I never used a Korean stick before.

When I last spoke to @wazwuz, he said that he would eventually get the ST, and would use it for additional testing. He also mentioned that he would also try to create a silicone grommet with similar hardness to latex grommets he sent me as part of the kit. I would say if there's anyone that would understand shore hardness as Agieze is describing, it's him.

As for the video, I did see an incredible amount of wobble, but there isn't a mention of the hardness or shore that is used for the silicone model, and it may represent a much softer grade. Until I can get the ST in, I can't say for certain that it has similar properties as the latter counterpart that was also shown in the video.

Looking at things now, and @evoldrek's positive feedback, perhaps it was best to start with the CWL-307F-J-W. I'll have both, but the variation will allow for someone to buy on preference rather than whether a variation of the 307 is the official Tekken 7 joystick.

My big order came in to Australia today (express shipping) and Focus Attack sadly messed it up and did not include 1 x Xbox One PCB that I had ordered with one of the crossbone kits. :( I needed this to mod up sticks for a upcoming tournament so need it asap.

@SaveFighting: That's rather unfortunate - I'll ask @Jenni to review and issue a Xbox One pad. I was checking logs and didn't see any messages from you on the matter, so this forum post is the first I'm hearing about the missing part. You've ordered from us before without issue.

With large orders, an oversight can happen during the process. I see that you ordered 3 kits, with two not requiring a Xbox One PCB. The configurations look exactly the same with that exception. Jason likely overlooked the pad in the second to third crossbone kit configuration.

The order was shipped 4/23. Looks like it got there pretty quick. Can you mention your tournament event and the date?

Okay - @Jenni mentioned that you sent a message today at 3:42am EST, which is likely why we didn't get to it right away. She is preparing a shipment for the missing Xbox One pad to go today via DHL.

    Thank you, JmanDMC.

It's an understandable mistake. Amazing customer service to ship it out so fast.

We run weekly tournaments on Sunday for MKX and USF4. And, on the 22nd on next month in Melbourne BAM major will be taking place with Perfect Legend attending as well. So, yeah I ordered the kits for me and two other friends so we can use our sticks on PS4 (PS3 support on MKX since we have PS360s), Xbox One and part take at the weekly and major tournaments.

Thanks for being patient with us. Tracking should update within 24 hours. Our DHL guy picked up about 30 minutes ago.

Melbourne BAM sounds like a slick event, especially with Perfect Legend looking to keep his MK series titles. Let myself or @Jenni know if there are any issues with the latest shipment.

Am small restock is scheduled to come tomorrow - about 30pcs which was what Akishop said they had available. I'm hoping that in May, the remainder of our restock will come.

I noticed the http://akishop-customs.com/PS360Plus.html website is down. I tried google searching for it, and it's delisted? I went on there a few weeks ago and noticed there was a new firmware update, so it seemed they were still active. Is everything ok? Bought two of these from focus attack but still waiting for them to fix ps4 support. Checked today and site is down. Any help?

@jmanDMC thanks for supporting the Korean joystick movement.

I've been in the game for years but never heard about these Korean versions or why they were developed.

I have been disappointed in my execution using Sanwa JLF's when it comes to 3D fighters such as SCV and TTT2 and 2d fighters such as MK where no QCF is necessary but uber quick double taps are. I have even considered becoming a pad player to overcome my execution issues (god forbid)! SEEMS LIKE IM NOT ALONE!

I'm really looking forward to my Crown 303-FK and upgrade kit coming in so I can find out what I have been missing!

Now if you can just offer some replacement panels for the HRAP 4 and/or V so I can fit in some of the traditional Crowns and Fantas that would be amazing! In the meantime I need to find a Do it Yourself Machine shop in NYC to mod up my Hori T5 panel to accept these Korean bad boys if the 303-FK turns out to be my new 3d lover.

    Koreantality!

I have a restock PO going this week. Turnaround has changed on the supplier side, so I can't readily estimate when we'll get the shipment. Possibly 2 weeks or so.

I doubt it, honestly. If they were only sold at JAEPO, and limited quantity, my supplier likely won't have them.

I wish that a store sold replacements for harnesses which go into mc/hori/ganba pcb's without having to get something to crimp onto it and such. I ONLY see harnesses sold which have the ends of the wires stripped but not crimped and they go into Cthulhu/PS360+'s. I wish your store sold the correct direct replacements for these wire harnesses that I can just take out of the packaging and plug it in and get playing. I saw a guys post on fb that a replacement sold from godlkcontrols didnt work on his te. So hopefully someone else can come up with a proper replacement.

Part of the challenge is accommodating all types of commercial Fightstick PCB harnesses for Fightstick, which is difficult to do. I think that is why you see Toodles focusing on just the TE's unique JLF connector. For it to be cost effective, one must buy those connections in bulk, and that's after R&D time spent identifying the connectors if they are unique, and sending the specs to a wire manufacturer.

Realistically, I don't think FA will ever carry all sorts of commercial fightstick replacement parts, unless I can get them from the manufacturer. They aren't keen in just giving out replacements for resale.

I think you'll like some of the things coming to the store in the latter part of the year, however.

@Jenni has reached out to @Toodles about 3 times with a restock purchase orders, and unfortunately, hasn't responded. This is odd, as he is usually pretty responsive with PO's. So right now, I don't know when we're getting restocks of the MC Cthulhu. @Jenni contacted him again yesterday, I believe.

If I were to buy the gamerfinger buttons, can I opt for a different microswitch other than the cherry red? I'd like to get the oranges, but it'd cost a really pretty penny to get totally outfitted. Don't know if it's been asked before, but I don't really feel like rolling through 90 pages for a potentially upsetting caveat

yes any mechanical keyboard button switch will work. razer makes some too! I have 3 different kinds in mine. silent red for lk lp, razer greens for mp mk, and blues for hp hk!

when you buy them with a different switch from focus attack, you will still receive the original red switch as well.

mix and match to your liking. installing them is rather easy, there is a hole underneath the button between the prongs, just insert a thin alan wrench and push through.

seat the new switch in the socket firmly, THEN add the button cap... make sure you do your button tests before closing your stick back up. sometimes these buttons can be tricksies.

I'm afraid not. GamerFinger sells us the entire button with red switch. We have to buy the other switches separately, which is why we have to sell them separately.

I use the Orange myself. I've played with them for a while now and find they are about as quiet as the Red switches but have the tactile feel.

The Royal Blue Buttons, Ball Top, etc. are a nearly perfect match for the default Blue side panels of the USFIV TE2. Very, very close.

I popped out the default OBSC's Blue plungers (too bright) and added the Royal Blue ones to the Translucent Blue rims. I like the effect of having the blue glow around just the rim, and a darker button top. With the TE2 LED PCB, it just glows bright white, so your rim/button is going to be what determines the color. Though, I guess you could get creative with some cellophane to get a custom color on clear rims too if you really wanted to.

The results look really nice though I kind of wish you'd do a smoke rim with black or grey plunger for the last two buttons just so everything is consistent.

Is there anything you can publicly share about adding Myoungshin Fanta's to fadc? With fadc becoming so K stick friendly, I couldn't help but ask. My last order from etokki was.. let's just say, for posterity, was 'lost in the mail'. So I'm out whatever it was that costed, on top of no replacement myoungshin for my stick. I, as well as I'm sure many many others, would love to see Myoungshin Fantas populate the homepage of fadc. :)
