But then I look at iGear's PP03S Storm Seeker - it's the same sized MP Seeker and costs the same as a normal MP.

funny thing is the big dev was by far the coolest combiner i had ever seen, putting those ugly frenzy rumble pieces and even those fp bruticus to shame. and out of nowhere comes mini dev who looks even better, damn.

I would attribute the similar costs to the fact that it's basically the same mold as MP Starscream. Nobody had to design from scratch the figure on their own. The design already existed for them to copy.

I received the MP Hot Rod that I was able to order off of the hasbro website. I was surprised at how dark the grey was for his face/hands. Makes him look kinda like a brutha, which doesn't bother me at all.

I like the Takara version better myself, cleaner paint job to me.
Question: I got Transformers Seasons 1, 2 (both sets), and the 3 & 4 25th sets. Pretty sweet stuff so far (Particularly like Season 3 and it's theme). Anywho I wanted to know if the recently released Headmasters Japanese follow-up is worth it, considering I believe it re-uses previous stock animation quite frequently.
It seems cool enough but I want to know if it's solid. I hope they give us the seasons after that as well, the Star Sabre one in particular looked cool to me.

Plus he's got TWO matrix of leaderships! Why light just one darkest hour? (small one in chest, big one for holding)
I would love to get the space winnebago version later on.

I'd be happy to get one for you, if I can find him at a Toys R Us. You live in Arizona, right? There's a Rodimus sighting crusade going on in here: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-sightings/86562-arizona-transformers-sightings-820.html

Wow that sucks. No TRU remotely close to my area, and not going to travel to one in the off-chance they have it

A proper pic of Hercules in combined mode, and Maketoy Giant for comparison. Colors are photoshopped.
