Zantetsu's kagehoushi tachi koppa (Not verified yet, but I'm assuming this is the case since none of the Zantetsu players I saw used it).

Most people don't know she's crap, and a lot of people seem to gravitate to her naturally because of her range.
The most common characters vary from arcade to arcade, but you'll probably see a lot of Lee or Kagami no matter where you go.
